On arriving at East Midlands airport your direction were very good and the shuttle service very good.

The ticket issued on arrival was rejected on exit and requested extra payment of £60.80. I notified the staff on number provided and he insisted that the booking number was not valid. Plus insisted I must be in the wrong car park. I insisted he come down to the barrier after 10 minutes waiting, at which point he opened the barrier. I need to check my card statement to ensure no more funds have been removed. Your comments would be appreciated. Not a good way to finish an otherwise excellent holiday.

Good value plenty of spaces available and transfers to airport very regular. However, when I returned to car park alone after my travels I found it very dimly lit and absolutely no one around. Not very safe if you are on your own.

Submitting online was so easy hence the customer service mark above. There was no company representative at the carpark in case anything went wrong. The registration recognition method is so simple. I will defintely use SSP again and have already recommended this service to other airport users. Many thanks. Excellent !

The service was hassle-free, only do turn to the airport from the A453 and follow the signs for the car park, as I missed the turn first time and lost about 10 minutes

shuttle plus is first on our list for parking at the airport cant see why you would want to go anywhere else

easy parking, bus came just as we were walking to bus stop and driver saw we were on our way over to him and he waited for us. bus was waiting for us when we arrived back

No problems with ticket system and bus ran every few minutes. Overall a very efficient and professional experience. Only slight disappointment was on the bus back the driver didn't help anyone with their luggage even an elderly couple and couples with babies who were clearly struggling.

bus didn't go on the car park, and the lighting was poor, but friendly staff etc... it's a convenient place to leave your car, a little bit pricey, but that's airports for you

It wasn't bad, but the transfer could be much better in time. Furthermore the people from the information desk wasn't very helpful when asked.

We found this car park ok and had no problems. I entered the wrong car number when booking and got it changed straight away without any hassle. We did not have long to wait for the shuttle bus. Only small problem we found it was not easy to find. Maybe having shuttle Premium Car Park 6 on entry might help.

On arrival the car park was well sign posted. The barrier system worked well on arrival and departure and the bus arrived within 10 minutes for departure and was there when we arrived. Would definitely use the service again.

parking close to the airport, buses regular. easy to use and exit after your holiday. hassle free parking just what you want.

Car parking signs could be better for car park six but overall it was as easy as parking your car in a car park but with a free transfer

Easy to book. Closer than my usual carpark 7. Helpful staff on intercom. Easy and quick bus service with bus stop close both ends. Would use again.

easy to find, good parking area, shuttle buses very regular two minute ride to terminal. maybe not the five star experience but efficient and good value. why pay more. go for it....

arrived at the car park and after giving our booking no was issued with a ticket.we then parked and only had about 2 minutes to wait for shuttle.On our return shuttle was waiting and despatched us to the car park smoothly and efficiently.all in all stressfree experience.
