The car park was easily found and well signed posted from the road. Directions were easily followed.The transfers were very quick and the buses were waiting on our arrival at each trip.Staff are very freindly and helpful. I felt confident that the parking site was very secure and was confident the car would be safe. The booking procedures were very clear and simple and I would definitely recommend the service to friends and use it again myself when travelling from the airport.

Excellent facility. Couldn't have been easier. Transfer and pick up from airport excellent, timely and efficient. Would certyainly use this facility again.

Cannot complain, have used Sentinal approx 3/4 times now & the mini bus has always been waiting for us on return to the airport - what more can you ask for ? We were on our way home in our car within 10 minutes of being picked up. Cannot ask for any more than that surely?

It was a relief not to have to find a phone on arrival to say we had landed. Driver there to meet plane, all part of a good service. Thankyou all- will put a good word around!! M. Bradley

It is a huge benefit that the car park is so close to Leeds Bradford airport - & that the bus is waiting for you when you arrive

We've used the service regularly and twice within the last forrtnight and the best thing about it over and above the prompt service etc mentioned above has been the really friendly and cheerful service. Much appreciated. Thank you

Previous reviews had commented on the state of the actual car park, but we found a smooth tarmac surface there so were really pleased. Getting the keys back at the end of the holiday took seconds. Very happy and will park there in future.

Wasn't pleased my car had been parked under the trees for the duration of my holiday, I couldn't see through the windows when I returned, and the car was a mess!

We have used this Sentinel Security park before. It was excellent then and maintained the same standard this time. The staff are all very helpful and the transfer buses run in a way that means you never have to wait more than a couple of minutes.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. On arrival at the car park we were met by a driver and our cases were loaded onto a minibus with a minumum of fuss. We left our keys at reception and were at the airport within about 15 minutes. On our return a minibus collected us within a few minutes of our leaving the terminal, our keys and car were ready for us when we got back to the car park. It has to be the best car parking service we have ever had and the cost was not extortionate, we would have paid a similar price for taxis to and from the airport. We will definitely use Sentinel again. Thank you.

I thought the service was excellent, I felt guilty dumping my car in any space when I arrived as did not know what to do with it. Felt at ease that my car would be secure whilst I was away on holiday.

There was a bus waiting when I dropped my car off, literally 2 minutes to hand in the keys, get the receipt and set off for the airport which is only 5 minutes drive on the bus. When returning a number of flights arrived at the same time. There were 3 transfer coaches collecting within 5 minutes as extra ones had been put on due to the timing of arrivals. Keys picked up and set off for home in under 2 minutes. 3rd time I've used this car park. Excellent service.

I was concerned my case was over weight, the shuttle driver waited until I had checked, took me back to the car park where I left the extra weight in my car, which he had phoned ahead and had them retrieve from the pound. On my return they were waiting on time without having to be called and, as I foolishly left my case on the bus in my haste to get to an appointment, kept my case safe until I could get back. I cannot fault them for common sense, friendly and good and helpful service.

I was surprised how close the parking was to the airport and how easy it all was. We had no hanging around at either end as there was a mini bus waiting to transport us on both journeys, which set off as soon as we sat down!

Very easy to find. Friendly, fast and efficient staff making check in/out speedy. No telephone call necessary on return - staff watch arrivals and just turn up. 100% satisfied - will definately use again

The site is right opposite the airport entrance, the service was very quick and efficient both from the driver and the staff. On return the bus was there waiting for us on our arrival, it only took 5 mins and i was on the road home. An excellent service which i would not hesitate to use again.

Helpful staff at the car parking site made the start of my holiday worry free. Clear explanation of where to meet the bus made the return journey very easy. It took me 5 minutes from leaving the car to walking into the airport. On my way back, after leaving the airport I was with my car in 4 minutes. Leeds is excellent.

Can't say much more than great service, value for money, efficient and convenient. Staff friendly too and the drop off and pick-up point at the airport is perfect. Would have liked to have been offered the valet service at the time of dropping the car off so that it was all nice and clean for the journey home. I now I know for next time!

We arrived back at Leeds/Bradford airport on a cold and wet Tuesday at 1.00am, the bus was waiting for us so we did not have to call the carpark and wait for the bus. From us leaving the airport we were in our car and on our way within about 15-20 mins; excellent.
