the carpark is close to the airport and the transfer takes only a few minutes. On arrival picking up the coach was hassle free and virtually on the door step. Very satisfactory experience.

Easy &, simple all round service with friendly staff, quickly taken care of when we arrived even though we were late transferred straight across to airport straight away. On return already waiting, with 11 other people easy pick up of keys no waiting & all done & on our way in 10mins. Highly recommend

The staff were great we got the cases out of the car and straight onto the bus, on our return we were only waiting a couple of mins and the bus was there for us . Would use and recomnend your company again.

The car park is 2 mins from the airport. The coach was waiting and ready to take us to the airport. When we got home from our holiday we were a little later than others as I had left a laptop on the plane and had to retrieve it. When we got to the bus, the driver knew who we were, knew that we were late (without us having to tell him) and had come back to wait for us after dropping other passengers off. Top quality service at a good price. All staff we came into contact with were so helpful and cheery - even at 5.30am

Straight in and put no messing or hanging around and like above transfer was waiting as soon as we came out of airport

Only two minutes away from the terminal for drop off then short walk, awaiting to collect us on our arrival. We have used them before but a long time ago and would use them again.

Recommended car parking at Leeds Bradford airport: reasonable cost, quick transfer and no hassles.

Excellent service, we didn't have to wait for our transfers they were waiting for us. Good touch that they photograph the cars as you bring them in and park - negates any problems on your return regarding any scratches etc. I would use them again. One point, on the directions to get there from the North it states you will find the entrance 200 yards on the right from the roundabout - this takes you into a retail park - take the second right from the roundabout to Sentinel(about 500 yards).

Sentinel is very good. GENERAL COMMENT: All the car parks at Leeds/Bradford are expensive. All charge the approximately the same.

It could be cheaper. We were not sure how secure it was as part of the perimeter fence seemed to have been replaced by temporary portable fencing. The customer service and promptness we cannot fault though.

What more do you really need? OK it's not a glamorous site but how many car parks are and do they really need to be? Plus it's actually quicker to use this facility than the 'on airport' car park as it's just as close and you don't have to wait for busses to the airport. Also when you get back you all get dropped off together and there's no tour of the car park to endure if you happen to be at the far end! Used them years ago but then 'treated' muyself to on site parking a few times. Definitely pleased I chose to go back to Sentinel. Well done.

Had accidentally booked incorrect month which only became apparent on arriving a Sentimel to park up. The customer service was excellent I was not ridiculed except by my so-called friends and dates altered with no hassle or extra money needing to be paid for my mistake! Thankyou!

Easy and efficient to use, I wouldn't hesitate using again in the future. However, I would try and book earlier as it would probably be chepaer.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Sentinel. Its just over an hours drive for us and we are very happy with the service we get. Arriving very early in the morning - the staff were very helpful and friendly, the transfers were spot on - would certainly recommend this service to anyone. Thanks.
