The car park was easy to find, I didn't even have to use the Sat Nav. The staff were courteous,friendly & very helpful from handing in the keys to the office to the bus driver who loaded our cases & buggy onto the bus for us. On our return, the bus was there to greet us so we didn't have to wait around.We were dropped back off at the office where we were given our car key back really promptly & we didnt have to walk far to the car. Overall we were extremley happy with the service received from Sentinel & will undoubtedly recommend them & use them again.

Quick, easy, on time, no fuss and waiting when I arrived back. No barriers or having to find a parking space like other car parks. Everyone was very polite and courteous. Would definitely use Sentinel again.

I have tried various airport parking facilities and have always been dissapointed. This service was excellent, speedy service from start to finish. Booked in car and on our way in the transfer bus within only a few minutes. On our return the bus was easy to find and was waiting for us. Only a few minutes drive from the airport and our car was returned instantly - no waiting around. Excellent.

We have used this service before, the staff were efficient and courteous, the transfer buses frequent. Overall a stress free transfer.

I turned up at sentinal car parks and within 5 mins i was on my way to the airport and within 10 mins i was at the airport.I could not ask for anymore. When i returned the bus was waiting as explained and i had my car and was driving on my way home with 10 mins brilliant service i will definalt use again and recommend to others

The parking process and transfer couldn't be better. Only the price disappoints.

Turned up, parked the car, dropped the keys. Bus was waiting. Five minutes to terminal, maybe less. Short walk from drop off in car park to check-in. Coming back, waited 2 minutes for bus to arrive - lucky we were first on so didn't have to wait. All in all, quick and easy parking. Good value compared to airport long stay. Don't really like leaving my keys and the car had been moved but no other negatives at all.

I was very impressed with the very quick and efficient service provided by senital. Everything was perfect.

drop off quick and simple with swift transfer. return journey coach waiting immediate transfer, into office hand in voucher car waiting and away all in 5 minutes. thoroughly recommend service.

Arrived early but no problem for them.Missed the first transfer bus on return but a second bus came within 3 minutes and we were on our way home within 10 to 15 minutes of coming out of the airport terminal.

Excellent, one of the best airport car park we have used. Cheerful mini bus drivers (even early morning!) Other car park owners would do well to take note of this top class customer service. Stress free departure and arrival, well done. Will use again and recommend to others, thank you.

We arrived at the time we specified, were helped from the car to the mini-bus with our cases, checked in very quickly, handed over the keys and within minutes of arriving we were on our way to the airport. Upon our return the minibus was ready to transfer us the few minutes back to the car park, very speedy and friendly service, we got our keys back, and after a quick check of the car we were on our way. The whole experience was very efficient from start to finish, we were able to park very close to the mini-bus drop-off point and our car was ready and waiting when we got back. I would happily choose Sentinel again when booking future airport parking.

Everything went smoothly at drop off point and pick up waiting at Airport. Couldn't have been easier.

Car left at leed`sbradford airport for three week`s, car check in was faultless as was the coach transfares When i arrived back to the car park 9.00 pm i noticed all the parked car`s covered in thick frost apart from mine they had run the engine to defost all the ice before my arrival for a safe drive home Outstanding service,would recommend this car park any time well done

Quite expensive and not really much savings when using Sentinel. Transfer system timely and staff very co-operative.

new drop off & collection area allocated to Sentinel at LBA is not very user friendly. I hope they are going to provide a shelter at least IF this is to be the final position.

Have used this service several times and have always been satisfied that I have received value for money and have recommended Sentinel to family and friends.
