Callerton Meet and greet parking operate from the Drop off point just outside the terminal building so there's no need for transfers. Your car is driven and parked at Callerton's off-airport car park by a fully insured chauffeur during your stay, then driven back to the terminal for a swift depature upon your return.

Phone Callerton parking 5-10 minutes before your arrival at Newcastle Airport using the phone number provided in your email confirmation. Park within the Express Pick Up and Drop Off Car Park which is just a few meters from the check-in hall. A chauffeur will be waiting to meet you with your car details. You will be given a receipt with contact details, which you must retain for collection.

Call Callerton parking AFTER you have collected your baggage from the reclaim area. You may use the phone number within your email confirmation or the freephone number on your arrival receipt at any of the telephone booths in the airport or via your mobile. Proceed outside the terminal and return to the Express Pick Up and Drop Off Car Park. A driver will be sent with your car to meet you.

Follow signs to Newcastle Airport, then locate the Express Pick Up & Drop Off Car Park (£1 for 20 minutes). The chauffeur will pay the £1 and provided you are in the correct car park will find you using your car details. Detailed instructions below.

  • FROM A1 NORTHBOUND: From the A1 take the left hand slip road, signposted A696 Jedburgh and Airport. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A696 and proceed on the A696 towards the airport. At the roundabout take the second exit (not including the quarry exit) into the airport compound. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout to the Drop Off Car Park.
  • FROM A1 SOUTHBOUND: From the A1 take slip road to the left, signposted A696 Jedburgh and Airport. At the roundabout take the third exit onto the A696. Go along the A696 towards the airport and at the roundabout take the second exit (not including the quarry exit) into the airport compound. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout, following signs for the Express Pick Up and Drop Off Car Park.
  • SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696: Go through the village of Ponteland following signs for Newcastle and the Airport. At the airport roundabout take the first exit into the airport compound. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout, following signs for the Express Pick Up and Drop Off Car Park.
  • EASTBOUND on the A69: Travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At end of slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right. Continue on this road and take 2nd turning to the left signed Black Callerton, (ignore 1st turning for the Airport).Follow road for approx 2 miles. When you reach the mini roundabout take the first exit onto the A696. Go along the A696 towards the airport and at the roundabout take the second exit (not including the quarry exit) into the airport compound. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout looking for the Drop Off car park.
