Arrival Procedure

Departure Procedure
Go to the Customer Service Office near the car park exit and hand in your entry ticket and booking confirmation (or quote your booking reference) in exchange for an exit ticket.
Transfers
Courtesy shuttle runs on demand, 24-hours a day, taking approximately 5 minutes. For a transfer from the airport, exit the front of the terminal building and proceed to the shuttle pick up point.

Parking was fine, staff were helpful. Only comment was as above. Also finally thought the charges were pretty high.
easy to find,no security worries and an easy exit for home.very efficient.well worth the money.
The carpark is well signposted, well lit, well served by buses to the terminal, and some parts are are only 5 mins walk too. It's simplest to leave all your parking tickets and references in the car while away as you then drive to the kiosk to get the exit pass before leaving. Much of the carpark is very good quality road surface, but some areas are still gravel and weeds - beware of your suitcase wheels!
Entry ticket left in pocket when snorkelling but still worked OK on return! Will use again
i think pick ups and drop offs could be more regular we waited 15 minuets for pick up from car and on return just walked to car
It took me less than 5 minutes to walk from the car to the terminal. if I'd had more luggage I might have been annoyed at the infrequent courtesy bus heading in thw wrong direction. I took my entry ticket with me and on return the Customer Service Office, (a small, seperate building you have to walk past to enter and leave the car park anyway) validated my exit ticket quickly - there were no queues but this may ave been due to the time. I would use it again as it's chepaer than paying direct.
Your long term parking service did all that was intended. It did what it "said on the the tin"
Car park only 2 minutes walk from terminal or an easy free bus ride. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The whole process from booking online to leaving the car park was very simple and much easier and cheaper than using taxis
Was not sure when arrived where to go as I was looking for a BCP Car Park. However the Car Park Gate House Staff were very efficient and put me wise to arrangements. Now I know the system it will be a simpler task next time.
Nothign went wrong, which means that the true test of the service was not tested. However, everything else went troublefree, so no complaints. Convenient
The process of booking, parking and leaving the car park is very efficient and simple. The only downside is that it is actually quicker to walk to and from the terminal than wait for the long term coach to transfer you.
We managed to park close to the terminal and walked up before the curtesy bus. There were however two other parks even closer that were closed. the park was easy to find at the airport and easy to use.
Parked close enough to walk to the terminal. No need to wait for shuttle bus. Very convenient.
At near £30 it seems expensive but i felt completely safe leaving my car over the weekend.
we had no problem finding the car park because it was well signposted.we followed the road until we found a space to park,went to the pick up point and the bus came very quickly.on the return journey the bus came within 5 minutes of us being at the bus stance and dropped us off at bus shelter A10.customer services was very quick and we got on our journey within minutes.we will book again. Thank You
The car park was easy to find and transfers to and from terminal excellent. The surface of the roads and standing areas of the car park could be better.
Directions to car park not clear. On return, had to wait twenty minutes after after luggage collection for bus to arrive. You need to remember your car park identification eg) Car park B, however, after informing driver he wasn't sure of the location and had to drive round area twice. We weren't told that ticket had to be verified within the security bldg before leaving car park. Improvements required...4/10.
The car park area was well lit and tidy and the bus service to the air port good unless we just fell lucky. The return journey, when we were supposed to use the outside phone to summon transport was marred by the fact that the phone itself was inoperative. Though a bus appeared within minutes this led to some confusion and annoyance amongst fellow passengers and marred what was otherwise a good service. Exit system was complicated and lacked sufficient parking space for waiting cars. A simple drive through would have been easier cheaper and quicker. We have used 4 other airport car parks and this was only average for cost, ease of use and facilities, we will however use it again.
First time we've used airport parking at Newcastle.Didn,t realise customer service ticket office to get out of car park was outside,thought it was in terminal.
easy to find regular transfers efficient checking out much better than liverpool system
