Arrival Procedure

Telephone your chauffeur thirty minutes before your booked arrival time on the number provided in your confirmation email. Park immediately outside the terminal entrance in Short Stay Car Park 3 (Fast Track Car Park), just a few metres from the check-in hall, where a representative will be waiting to meet you.

Departure Procedure

After collecting your luggage, please notify the car park of your return by calling the number provided in your confirmation email. Alternatively, please dial 555 on the white courtesy telephone in baggage reclaim situated near the toilet facilities. Simply proceed outside the terminal and turn immediately right towards the Short Stay Car Park 3, where your car will be waiting for collection.

Directions for Meet and Greet location

From the A1:

  • Join the A696 for Newcastle International Airport.
  • At the A696 Airport roundabout, turn right into the Airport entrance, then turn left and proceed across two roundabouts, following signs for 'Car Hire Return'.
  • Opposite 'Car Hire Return', enter the Short Stay 3 car park and proceed to the meeting point to the right, next to the pedestrian ramp.

From Edinburgh:

  • The A68 offers an alternative route onto the A696.
  • At the A696 Airport roundabout, turn left into the Airport entrance, then turn left again and proceed across two roundabouts, following signs for 'Car Hire Return'.
  • Opposite 'Car Hire Return', enter the short Stay 3 car park and proceed to the meeting point to the right, next to the pedestrian ramp.

        First time we have used the service and will definately use it every time we travel. What a difference not to have to wait for coaches while laden down with kit and kids! Personal and efficient service, well worth the extra money paid.

        There were no problems on the departure, but on arriving back at Newcastle we contacted the office as instructed, but when we reached our vehicle, there was no-one there. He arrived approx 5-10 mins later and said he hadn't been informed we were there. Luckily the weather was ok as we had two children aged 4 and 7 with us and if it had been cold/wet at 2.30am we would have made a complaint.

        the service is very well organised, very convenient and the staff were excellent. the only glitch was that our booking was not recognised - we were let in on production of the booking confirmation but there was clearly a problem.

        We were out of the car and inside Newcastle airport within 5 minutes of arriving. Friendly welcome and it was just as easy when we got back. The only thing missing was the opportunity to have the car valeted whilst we were away but that in no way detracted from what was a hassle free experience and excellent value for money.

        I would definately recommend this to anyone flying from newcastle needing parking, slightly dearer than ordinary parking but well worth the extra money

        Have to admit that I was a little nervous about handing over the keys of my car, but decided to go for it due the time we were landing back at Newcastle. When we arrived we called and the within a few minutes the car was delivered back to me and we were able to make a quick departure back up the road. Teh car was exactly as I had left it. Would certainly use this again if required Thanks

        This is the second time we have used the service. The four drivers we met could not have been more friendly and helpful, and it was the only part of our long journeys home when we did not have to queue or wait. In addition, this year, using the service allows travellers to fast track (skip) the long security queue on the outward journey, which is a welcome bonus!!

        We had to park in long stay as answer machine said "office not open til 9am) we had to book in by 8am.Therefore we paid £62.50 as well as £59 to yourselves. If we had booked long stay we would only have paid £42.50. I have sent email after I spoke to a lady in your office. Not sympathetic just said send email and tell them what you told me! Not impressed at all. Still waiting for a reply re refund. I did leave message on answerphone expressing my desire for a refund too on date of travel.

        I would use the drop off parking anytime. As a single parent it is easier to get off the plane and not have to drag my cases and tired children around to get the car.

        Excellent service,worth the small extra cost. We arrived at the airport and the carpark for meet and greet was literally a hundred metres from check-in. After a three hour drive to Newcastle airport it was a good start to our holiday. We were delayed coming back by 11 hours but this made no difference to the return of our car just by using the courtesey telephone in baggage reclaim.We would recommend the service.

        Upon arrival we were met at the entrance to the car park, the paperwork was completed quickly. We were assisted to get our luggage from the car and to wheel it up the ramp and into the terminal. When we returned the car was waiting at the bottom of the ramp and we were again helped with the luggage and we were very quickly on our way. This was stress free and when traveling with someone who is disabled that is very rare

        I would recommend this to any one who does not want to be in a queue, who does not want to wait for the airport bus, and who does not want to spoil a lovely holiday by waiting around for public transport

        This has got to be the easiest way to leave a car. Drop off and pick up in the short term car park barely 100 yards from the terminal. Absolutely punctual - even though the return flight was delayed almost 45 minutes. Wholeheartedly recommended.

        Coming from Edinburgh and with two very small children we were running late and this service took the pressure off at both ends of the journey.
