easy access, friendly and helpful staff,excellent transfers to and from airport.Will definetly use again.
very happy with service. it was great to walk out of the airport and have the mini bus waiting . 5 mins later in the car on the way home . i have used this service before and will definitely use it again
found my car splashed with mud all over one side ,must have been parked in a very mudy area whilest i was away, but otherwise all intact. so not that botherd.
A bit aprehensive at first but excellent service, no issues and great staff. Will certainly use again.
Efficient on day of departure but had to wait for pick up on return (flight was delayed).Could do with some new vans!
the only thing that i was unhappy about is that my car had been parked under a tree for 2 weeks and it took me a whole day to polish it out,i picked car up when dark so i never noticed til next day
We have used Callerton Parking 2 years running and found them to be friendly, polite and efficient.
We have used Callerton Parking several times and found the staff friendly and the transfers prompt. The facilities are basic (gravelly parking surface leaves some dust on cars)and the transfer mini bus is a little "tired" but overall the car park provides good value for money. We will definitely use them again.
i wont be using this service again,on returning from my holiday it was half 2 in the morning and had 2 young children with me,i was told to phone when i landed and a bus would pick us up which i done and the guy said the bus was there waiting which when i went out wasent,i had to wait a further 15min in the cold till it came back,which we still didnt get on as by this time another 15-20 people were wating for the same bus,1 bus for about 30 people at half 2 in the morning was a disgrace and the bus drivers attitude was rediculas and said we would have to wait as therev was only 1 person working
easy to find ,seems not enough room on entrance on arrival,transfer was waiting for us, had to wait for at least 5to 10 mins on pick up after holiday return ,tho key were given on transfer back which made it easier for journey home
Easily found, excellent staff and fuss free airport transfer. Pick up was also impressive, hardly had to wait once they were informed plane had landed.
When I turned up at the car park I thought I'd came to a scrap yard! What a mess the place is! The van that took us to the airport looked like it came from a war zone, stunk of oil and not a straight or clean panel on it! I went to book in my car and they wanted to keep the keys, I was not happy about this but couldn't do anything as we were flying out soon. I took a note of the mileage on my car and when we came home there was an extra 5 miles on the clock! When I asked them about it they said they had to move it to another car park! Aye, right! High performance car, let's take it for a jolly lads more like! I will not use them again, be aware if you value your car!
Arrived at car park, booked straight in at reception and was taken straight to airport in mini bus. On our return rang them from arrivals and within a couple minutes the mini bus arrived to take us back to the car park. Car was at the front, jumped in and drove straight home. First class service, would definitley use again.
Excellent service, prompt transfers even though my return flight was delayed by almost 24 hours. Staff members were efficient and polite and I would be happy to recommend Callerton Parking to family and friends.
The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed not having to park our car, walk to a bus stop and wait for the transfer bus. We stepped out of our vehicle and into the awaiting minibus. Our luggage was even loaded into the transfer vehicle for us! Our car was waiting for us when we arrived back and we were handed our keys. We thought this service was fantastic and definitely recommend it.
Staff went out of their way to be helpful and were very pleasent. Would recommend to anyone.

No complaints. The drop-off went very well and quick. The pick-up went the same way.
Parking 5 minutes from the airport, very good value and good service provided.
I arrived at the car park 5.30am friday 11.6.10 to find it was extremely full and difficult to drive into.I was not able to drive directly into a space, rather I had to leave my car on a 'narrow uneven rubble area' and give my keys to a chap on duty, to park it 'somewhere'.I was concerned about this as it is a 2010 new car and I have only owned it for 2 months.I went off worrying about it. The staff were friendly and the mini bus service was good but on collecting my car I felt uneasy as it was still on the same rubble area, but facing the other way and it was quite grubby with dry mud inside and out.Although the price of parking was reasonable I know I shall have to think long and hard about parking my car their in future.
Directions to Callerton Parking
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
From A1 (both directions):
- Take slip road to the left, signposted A696 Jedburgh and Airport.
- Go along the A696 towards the airport, then take the second slip road on the left, signposted Woolsington and Throckley.
- At the top of the slip road, turn right over the dual carriageway, straight over the mini roundabout, and down over the Metro lines.
- Callerton Parking is the first entrance on the left-hand side.
Southbound on the A68/A696:
- Go through the village of Ponteland, towards Newcastle.
- Carry on straight over the airport roundabout, and along the dual carriageway (A696).
- After approximately 500 yards, take the first slip road on the left, signposted for Woolsington and Throckley.
- At the top of the slip road, turn left and carry on over the Metro lines.
- Callerton Parking is the first entrance on the left-hand side.
Eastbound on the A69:
- Travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley.
- At end of the slip road, turn left onto the B6323.
- At the T-junction, turn right.
- Continue on this road and take the 2nd turning to the left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turning for the Airport).
- Follow the road for approximately 2 miles and when you reach the mini roundabout, go straight over.
- Go straight over the next roundabout and carry on over the Metro lines.
- Callerton Parking is the 1st entrance on the left.
