The reduced car parking fees through pre-booking were easily earned. At checkout of the carpark some problems were observed with other users of the system. Nature of their problems cannot be confirmed.

My husband collapsed just after we arrived back at the airport and all who assisted first aiders, airport police and the parking staff were excellent. I could not think straight and my car and luggage had to stay at the airport whilst my husband an myself went to the RVI hospital in an ambulance, airport police took control of our luggage and car and when I was able to collect them the next day I did not face a huge bill for the extra time my car was parked. My husband is now back at home 90miles away and recovering. Many thanks to all who assisted us at a very difficult time. Elizabeth Blackley

Easy to use parking and regular courtesy buses. A bit odd that if you prepay you have to visit the on-site office to get a valid ticket for exit rather than being able to use the machines in the terminal.

We always use this car park when we go away, we never have any problems. The buses are frequent and drivers polite, the driver dropped us right at the end of our row, which wasn't near the bus stop! All in all, as long as we fly from Newcastle we will use this car park.

Easy to use - top tip - write down your parking area eg J5. Bus driver will help you with your luggage. Literally minutes away from airport terminal.

Used this car park on several previous occasions and have always found it easy,convenient and hassle free. Highly recommended.

One very minor complaint. Please ask the coach drivers to smile occasionally!!

Road surfaces need to be looked at, but so does everywhere after the snow

Very close to airport with bus transfer every 15 mins. or so. Simple to use, curtious exit attendant, have used before and will use again.
