Having not travelled from Newcastle Airport I was at the mercy of the internet. Fortunately I booked with yourselves and enjoyed a hassle free experience at Newcastle. Staff were helpful and I have booked my next trip from ?Newcastle and will be booking into your car park for next year. Regards Colin Muir

Drove in, parked clambered onto the bus and flew away. Conveneint and simple to use. Slight delay when returning in the bus arriving but not significant. Rember to note down where you leave your vechile its easy to forget after 2 weeks in the sun.

Location is ideal for the airport building and there are plenty of buses to take you to the airport. However, it is a short enough distance to be able to walk if your luggage is on wheels and easy to manoevre.

Convenient, easy online booking, good prices, maybe more buses are needed for transfers to and from airport terminal

When I arrived at the car park I handed your document to the car park office where I was given a ticket and told to put it in the machine in the terminal and pay when I returned. When I returned I tried to do this and, luckily, the amount it wanted was greater than the machine would take. A very friendly and helpful gentleman then looked at my document and said that I had pre-paid. I had been given false information from the original member of staff on duty when I parked the car which would have resulted in my paying twice if I had been on a shorter stay. Poor advice going out, extremely helpful on return.

Go to the toilet before leaving the airport as there are no facilities at the customer services building.Now we know the drill, we would certainly use this carpark again.

The above difficulty did not really affect us but several people did seem to struggle with large luggage. Collection by coaches on arrival and at end of holiday was very efficient. No delay when checking in at office in order to leave airport at end of holiday excellent service.

Arrived at car pack and picked up by minibus within minuted. Car park well lit and secure. This is the second time we have used this car park, coming from scotland for our flight. Its clean safe and road surface good. We would recomend anyone to use this car park. Happy scotland family.

Driver helped us find our car and even helped us on the bus with our heavy luggage. First Class service.

Straight forward parking, stressfree experience,I will certainly use this service again in the future. Thank you for making the start of my trip as easy as ABC.

A number of car parks were marked 'closed' where spaces were clearly visible,and the ones marked with spaces to use were all full. Otherwise great service thanks.

very easy parking on site, seconds off main roads, follow 2 road sign's and you are parked. Shuttle bus 2 minutes from terminal. Its only a 5 minute walk if you don't have much lugage.

thought it would be a nightmare with all the luggage & the kids but the experience could not have been any easier. definately be doing it again when we next fly.

Not sure why certain car park areas are closed off when clearly have lots of spaces, a bit confusing when you're driving round looking for a space.

Good experience overall but felt as though it would have been quicker to walk to / from terminal than wait for transfer buses. Bus driver courteous and careful. Was not happy about leaving a paper copy of internet printout showing personal details at the gate. Guy at gate kept customers waiting whilst talking to colleague on radio. If this is unavoidable an apology would be nice. Would definitely use service again.

All aspects of the car park work very well indeed. The only suggestion I can make is that there needs to be some kind of definitive notice to show where the pick up point is when you come out of the airport arrivals. We got a bit confused because there were other notices for different coach pick-ups which we followed; it took us some time before realising where we should go. Apart from that, I thought the car park arrangements were impressive and I have booked the car in again next week.

Newcastle Airport if so easy to fly from and the on airport car park makes it even easier. We live in the East of Scotland and opt to fly from there above nearer Scottish Airports

hassle free, took ticket from the barrier, parked car, option of taking a shuttle but we were so close to airport we just walked. On return you hand your ticket in to the customer service booth to get swiped, pick up your car and go through the security barrier - then off you go! FAB

On parking the car a bus was waiting at the bus stop - great speedy service. But on arrival back to Newcastle we had to wait about 10 mins to be collected with 2 small children! But all in all a really good service with helpful polite staff

Within walking distance of terminal - drop passengers/luggage off at 'drop off', then drive round to long term parking. Not worth bothering waiting for the bus, as it's no more than five mins walk to terminal. Repeat process on return, and you're on your way in minutes.
