"We need to use car parking as we live a distance from airports and train stations We used to use Bellaire but things have improve since your takeover. To date we have had no complaints and are very satisfied. We wish there was such a parking facility available 24hrs to enable us to use it to go on coach Hols eg Shearings etc. You are ideally situated to be a pickup point for the Newcastle area. "the only downside was the selfish british as usual.we phoned the car park up on our return and which we were advised to let others know where to meet.it was 1am blizzarding snow and i had my children of 3 and 7.all the other people loaded onto the minibus, no one else had children, and i had to remove my suitcases as there were no seats left.selfish brits, got that off my chest, but nothing to do with the car park firm or the driver, that was excellent service, thank you"

"The process of booking, parking and leaving the car park is very efficient and simple. The only downside is that it is actually quicker to walk to and from the terminal than wait for the long term coach to transfer you."

"We arrived at park and go and within 15 minutes we were checked in, luggage loaded and at terminal.The same on coming back no waiting about, the bus picked us up as soon as we came out of the airport and took us to where our car was parked brilliant."
