Quick transfers and located on the airport doorstep, what more can you ask.

One word, SIMPLE! You cant go wrong, turn up on the day, park at reception give them your keys and you are taken directly to the airport after not waiting very long at all. We missed our flight coming back and after calling them they were there waiting for us when we eventually returned. As for previous reviews about the grumpy driver, he was friendly, talkative and polite, maybe people need to remember he makes a 6 minute round trip 100's of times a week listening to people talking about holidays - give him a break.

I have used this car parking service many times. The staff are always friendly and efficient.

The only problem experienced was that there was a number of people from the same flight had cars parked at your premises, therefore had to wait for the bus to return to pick up the extra passangers.

They just get better. A couple of years back I remember the person on the desk one night was not exactly customer friendly! That seems to be sorted out now and everyone at Park and Fly is very helpful. The transfer bus drivers are great with their usual North East good humour and they actually load up all your luggage for you - not like the official car park where you have to struggle on and off with your bags. Keep it up people, ten out of ten, thanks.

Transfers were prompt with minimal waiting time, staff were friendly and helpful. Drop off at the terminal is most convenient with quickest access to the terminal. Great value for money
