We have used Park and Fly several times and have found it to be the most convenient of the alternatives available at Newcastle Airport.

Superb - came straight out of the airport, bus was waiting. I was home (after dropping someone off) an hour after landing - can't fault the service.

Friendly staff and excellent service no doubt the closest and most convenient parking at Newcastle airport - and the price is right - great value for money!!

Smooth and very efficient. Staff had car defrosted and heaters on as snowy/frosty. Great service.

From start to finish Park and Fly were excellent. Easy to book, clear instructions & directions & very friendly & helpful staff, not to mention superb value for money. The transfers to & from the airport were instant, no hanging around which was great. Will definitely be booking again for the end of the month!

Have used this company several times as it is nearest the air port terminal - I have found the transfers trouble free with helpfull drivers who are prepaired to help with the luggage.

heavy layer of snow meant original parking area was closed off. Directed to Long Stay car park which was in effect an upgrade and therefore good value. Transfers to and from airport were swift and efficient.

I was welcomed on my arrival by a member of staff who took my keys. He kindly made a note that I was travelling with hand luggage and so I would be collected on my return as soon as the plane landed. My car was left at reception to be parked by a member of staff later. I was taken to the airport (it took a matter of minutes). On my return, there was a short delay in my being collected and I telephoned the carpark. A minibus was despatched immediately. The delay was caused by the flight not being listed as having arrived....if it had been listed, then the minibus would have been waiting for me. The staff were excellent. The service good value. I will certainly use Park and Fly whenever I fly from Newcastle airport.

Easy simple parking. Landed at Newcastle airport and was in my car 15 minutes later. Would definitely be using again,both members of staff I encountered were very friendly. Would only suggest that they check identification before handing keys back rather than paper voucher.

Close to airport, easy to find, quick efficient transfers and cheapest on offer at Newcastle. Very happy with this facility.
