Parked here for 4 days. It is right beside the airport and they run a very secure and professional set up. The bus to take me back to get the car was waiting for me on arrival and the staff were very friendly.

This car park is well positioned and very well organised. We have always found the staff to be efficient and courteous and have peace of mind in the security of our car.

we were tired when we arrived back, and the lady who picked us up, was there waiting for us, and had us back at our car very promptly. She also had our suitcases out for us!!

The facility is neatly laid out with dedicated areas for drop off and pick up. Service is friendly and efficient. Probably the best off-site car park at the airport. I have used them all now.

Found car park easily,car left at office with keys and bus was waiting to take you to airport,within 3 mins.On way back service was just as good as the bus was waiting for us and we were dropped off right next to car.Excellent,will use this service every time we fly from Newcastle.

Being part of Newcastle airport makes the drop off/ pickup more convenient than others.

Park & Fly is close to the airport - never have to wait more than a few minutes for the transfer - always excellent.

very easy to find and mini bus always available never have to wait more than few mins. on return so quick and easy if bus not there waiting you can gaurantee it will only be few mins.

This company provides a very efficient service close to the airport with fast transfers and practically no waiting time.

It took the third time round to spot the sign to car park.Could do with larger signs.Once there everything was very smooth.Would definately recomend to others.Well done.

We had no 'problems' with the service, however, an extra minibus on our return would have been better! There was only one running and a couple of flights had arrived so there was quite a queue and only 6 people can go at a time! Had the weather been worse we wouldn't have been very happy waiting as long as we did with a 2 year old! We have had friendlier drivers too but I think the guy was a bit stressed with all his hurried trips back and forward! Won't stop us using them again as they are quite convenient location wise!

generally satisfied with service only downside was on return went to office to get keys and was left to wait for a while which should have been a lot quicker.

Staff most friendly and helpful. Only a 5 minute drive to drop off at airport door.

we drove down from Dundee to park and fly Newcastle , simple journey although if using a sat nav will not take you direct to car park best plot your journey to the Premier Travel Inn and follow the road behind the hotel for approx 150 metres, to ensure you get there booking in was simple and a shuttle bus takes you within minuets to the airport on return the shuttle bus was there waiting and we collected our car and were on the road home within minuets best park and fly service Ive used so far Thanks Park and Fly keep up the good work

Good service parked car jumped on bus 2 minutes later at airport on return to Newcastle bus waiting for us no hanging around waiting 5 minutes later in my car on my way home

Goood service that made you feel welcome and were extremely punctual even though our flight was late getting back.Will use this service again.

The reception and collection is quick and simple. The transfers are prompt and swift. All staff are helpful and cheery - a pleasure to do business with these people

Got back on a night flight with three tired children mini bus already there outside the doors to meet us took us there in minutes back to our waiting car so helpful with the luggage and everything after a long journey.Thanks very much to them it really helped!
