I always try to use Park & Fly, always a very good service, this time they were very busy, but upgraded us to the short stay carpark on site at the airport, no problem at all.

Unfortunately my flight returned at 5pm shift change over and I had to ring twice to get transport back to my car and waited 20 minutes.Once the pick-up was achieved I was impressed with the system for returning me to my car. I would recommend using Park and Fly to anyone else using Newcastle airport in spite of the delay in pick-up. The staff were courteous and apologised.

My car was ready to drive off when I come back from fantastic holiday. No hassle or fuss. I will use Park and fly again and recomend anyone.

Park & Fly was really busy. We were asked if we would like a 'free upgrade' as they were short of space. This was to the on site airport parking with no security etc. and after we had taken our luggage out of the car. A bit of wait from the airport to the car park on the way back. But it was worse for those behind us as the mini bus could only take 8 people and therefore others had to wait as they only had one bus operating.

On arrival I was given a free upgrade to the short stay area in front of the terminal building at Newcastle. No waiting for coach transfers. Great - will use this company again. Cheaper than parking offered on my AA card!

E.g. On our last flight from Newcastle, we had serious delays in getting there due to a road accident holding us up. The Park & Fly staff were very helpful in rushing us through to get checked in with 5 mins to spare. They did not have to do this but they did.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful - the cost of parking was very good in comparison to costs I have paid elsewhere. Well done - keep it up.

we had a very early start to holiday arriving at park and drive at 6am. service was fast and professional both to and from airport. Thank you we will use you again next time we fly from newcastle.

Recently returned from a 10 day holiday, where we parked our car at the Park and Fly, Newcastle. This is the second time we have used this car park and both times have been very impressed. Checking the car in and the shuttle to the airport were both handled swiftly and efficiently. They make a note of your return flight and you don't even have to call them from the airport; simply go out to the bus shelter where they dropped you off and within a few minutes they will be there to pick you up. On return they drop you right beside your car and you simply pick up your key from their office. All very smooth -can highly recommend.

As soon as we arrived at the Park & Fly, we were taken to the NCL airport within 5 minutes. When we came back from the holiday, the van was waiting for us. Park & Fly is excellent, reliable and cheaper! We will use it again.

I have used this service on mumerous previous occasions and will continue to do so. The staff are always very pleasant and and on every occasion have provuded a very efficient service.

Upon arrival we were informed that we'd been upgraded to a stay in the 'short stay' car park which is directly in front of the airport. This was excellent as there was no transfer to/from the airport as we could see our car from the terminal building! Will definitely use this service again next time we fly out of Newcastle...

Delayed by 27hrs, no extra charge was made as this was beyond our control. The car engine had been started and heater was on. The car was lovely and warm for our drive home on a frosty March morning.

The minibus was already waiting for us when we returned so we didn't even have to wait. Check in and collection was simple and efficient.

The service provided was efficient, professional and good value for money. I will always use Park & Fly

This is the second time we have used this service. It was just the same as the first, transfers were waiting for us,the driver was most helpful and despite the late hour was cheerful. He put our bags in our waiting car and made the whole experience very good. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend to anyone.

The best experience. It is most convenient to leave your car in the park and fly if one is flying from Newcastle.
