This service is the easyest and quickest way to leave your car and be transproted to the airport Its Hasstle free east to book abd value for money

The driver could have been more pleasant but it was early morning. The car park is close to the airport and the coach was prompt for both outward and inward journeys.

We have been to all the airport parks around Newcastle, this one may a little more expensive than the rest but I can assure you its the best, very little or no waiting time transferring you to and from the airport.No hassle in arriving as they park your car and straight onto the mini bus and on return they drop you next to your vehicle....keep up the good work guys and see you soon

Great service and very punctual . Not what you expect for price of it.

Being so close to the airport terminal building the transfer time is very short. The staff were courteous, helpful and very efficient.

Was a little disappointed that the staff member who received us did not understand what the Safer Parking System was about even though a large poster was displayed on the wall. I know what it is about and that is why I choose to park there. maybe a little bit of staff training is required.

From booking on line to dropping our car off and then collection the whole experience was excellent and at a very competitive price. I will not hesitate to use this service again and recommend it to family and friends.

We received a warm welcome. There was a quick transfer to the airport and no need to phone on return! Magic!

I have used park and fly in the past and found that year on year the service gets better when we arrived back our airport the driver was waiting he loaded our luggage into the minibus an we picked up the keys and were on our journey home within 15 mins a very friendly and polite and very good service for the price thankyou

At both ends of trip bus was waiting and staff very helpful. Helped take my case from my car. Have used this service several times and so far no disappointments.

The directions were for people travelling from the opposite direction so took us a long time to find it, the people on the other end of the phone either cut me off or didn't know local villages. We were dropped off round the back so had to traipse round the front of the office where the people were not sure where our keys were, all in all a most frustrating experience.

The facility is very convenient for the airport with quick and easy transfers. The pick up and drop off are very convenient outside the departure lounge. No need to phone ahead on arrival as the bus is there and waiting. As the journey is less than 5 minutes the driver does not feel obliged to wait for stragglers as he is back for the next load of passengers as they are arriving at the pick up

We have used Park & Fly at Newcastle many times. Car park is only a couple of minutes away from airport, minibus ready and waiting to take you to the airport after book in and waiting for you on your return. Staff are friendly, we will carry on using Park & Fly when flying from Newcastle.

Had to wait a bit for the transfer when we returned but otherwise very good. Not sure who had been driving the car, the radio had been retuned to a station I dont listen to!

We have used this service before at Newcastle. It is a toss up weather to use Park and Fly or taxi for us but as the service is so good we just use the car.

Friendly staff, quick service and prompt pick up on the return. an excellent service that we will use again.
