Polite, helpful, very pleased with the service, would use again and again.

Have used Newcastle Park and Fly many times and have never had a problem.

Simple efficient check in. Prompt speedy transfers. Return Pickup arrived quickly without need to call. Dropped beside car, ready to go home. A perfect service.

Although return times are logged, there was no bus when I arrived. By the time I rang, there were five of us waiting. By the time the next person rang, there were fourteen! It seems we all arrived during a shift-change (Sunday evening, around 5.00pm) but, given that return times had been logged, that should not have been an issue. It also took about ten minutes to locate my car - and the keys were still in it. Sorry, but this is not the sort of service level that I have come to expect. I will use the service again, in the fervent hope that this was a one-off, but that will be the last chance.

This is the second time we've used Park and Fly this year. In both cases the service and efficiency has been first class regardless if departing / arriving during the day or as most recently during the early hours of the morning. We will certainly use Park and Fly in the future and recommend their services.

We had to wait a while for the bus on our return as there were several flights arriving at the same timer. I don't think both of your buses were in use which made the situation worse. This should have been allowed for as you are aware of the incoming flights.

the only problem we had my wife is disabled and had difficulty entering the bus as they do not carry steps all the time this apart everything was ok

A very well organised service that is convenient quick and friendly. On return the bus parked right next to our car with boot unlocked ready for an easy exit brilliant!

A very easy and stress free service and they even park your car for you. Regular buses to and from airport with friendly and helpful staff. Drop off and pick up point is very close to terminal door. Used this service twice now and would use again without hesitation.

Safe and reliable, have used before and will do so again - travelling in my car 15 minutes after picking up cases!

It is the first time we have used this service, and it was brilliant. Very easy and helped to make our holiday stress free. Would defiantly use again. First class

The car park is super close to the airport...you could walk there if you wanted but the minibus transfer was fast and there was no waiting around. Staff were friendly and we were booked in/out quickly with no messing about. On our return we had no checked luggage so got out earlier than everyone else on our flight so the lovely driver took us to the carpark by ourselves instead of making us wait.

A few computer issues when booking in where staff were not forthcoming with what the delays were and left us standing a little while they tried to repair the system. Transport to and from the airport was efficient and we arrived in good time. May help if staff indicate exactly where to stand when getting picked back up as we were unaware of the procedures. Efficient service in picking back up and transported directly to our car. All in all a good service

Drop off and pickup service excellent. Closest parking to the aiport buildings. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to do so.

it was a doddle to find the well sign posted place, we were greeted (by name, very efficient) and our bags were loaded into the transfer coach for us in no time at all. I recon that within 10 minutes of driving through the car park gates we were outside the departure terminal doors. More than we expected, highly recommended.

Extremely convenient for the airport and everything went like clockwork which is what you need especially early in the morning.

We arrived at the car park to be greeted by two lovely staff. They said they were quiet and immediately offered an upgrade to the short stay car park as we were only away three days. Thank you for an excellent service! Will use again!
