There was no bus to transfer I had to walk there and back. I felt unsafe as a lone women 10pm at night with no one around and poor lighting. I had difficulty getting out of carpark due to no exit signs and again poor lighting

We phoned for a bus from the bus-stop and it was with us in 2 minutes. 2 more minutes and we were at the terminal. No wait at all when we came back. Excellent. Would definitely use this parking again.

I made a huge mistake by, on my return to Newcastle Airport thought I had to put my ticket into the payment machine to show I had already paid and was charged an extra £50.00 for my trouble. Not very happy and I will be taking this further.

very easy to find and areas with spaces were clearly marked, regular transfers (although would only have been a 5 minute walk). On return very friendly office staff wishing us a safe journey home. Will use this service again

I missed my flight and was unable to travel so was in airport for less than one hour and had to pay for the five days parking. I was informed when I called that you have a no refund policy this added to the dissapointment and trauma would in future book directly with the airport as may be slightly more expensive but I was informed that I would not have been charged the full amount.

The car park was extremely easy to find using directions given online. Hassle free entry and exit using the pre-paid procedeure - it really was as easy as described when booking. The best part though for us was the fact that we were about one minutes walk from our car to the Terminal. We were very impressed and would certainly do the same next time we travel from Newcastle.

The exit process was appalling. There was just one man working in the office. He was clearly doing his best (answering the phone as well as taking money/prepayment vouchers) but was not able to meet the demand. So, despite having prepaid I had to queue for at least 10 minutes to get a ticket to put in the barrier. I will be complaining to the airport authorities.

A map showing hoe to find entrance to car park at the airport would have helped. When I got there the barrier failed to lift on inserting the credit card which I had used to pay for the online booking. The intercom system was not working at the barrier with the result that I had to take a normal admission ticket to prevent a queue of irate motorists building up behind me.On leaving the car park on the Monday the intercom did work and I was able to exit upon quoting my booking reference but I could have done without the hassle upon my arrival.

The cost of parking generally seems high at Newcastle. I could almost hire a car in Spain for the same rate as to park mine at Newcastle. It is worth noting that on getting on the bus at the car park to travel to the terminal a hugh argument which nearly broke out into a fight began between the driver and a family group. The driver had been asked to drop the people at car park A and he had delivered them to the bottom not top one. I have simpathy for the driver as how was he to know. However, on being shouted at he got out of his seat no less than three times to confront the family. Children and old age pensioners were on the coach and everyone was very nervous. It wasn't the start to the holiday that I was looking for. The driver really should have remained much calmer. I nearly mentioned it at the time because it was so bad, but just wanted to go on holiday. I also booked the airport lounge with you which was great. However, the snacks were much poorer than when I used to use the lounge often. A few packets od crisps, some olivs and a few nuts were all that was available. Hope this dosen't sound like a rant. i was delayed an extra day, which was out of my hands. and not only did i have to pay for 2 taxi's and a hotel for the night. "yes i will be claming from the air line but" you charged me, for something which i had no power over. taking extra money from my unfortunate event, i belive you provide a service for the public. but think you should not be taking from people who, from no fault of there own. there were ample spaces and was not putting your capacity under strain. i will be using your service again next month on th 18th of nov for 7 days. good overall experience. apart from taking from me when, the events where out of control. best reguards, R C RICHARDSON.

One thing i thought could be improved was the infromation about where to hand your ticket upon return. The information we had wasnt really clear, and a few other people alos didnt really know what to do, where to go etc. Other than thsi the service was fantastic.

Everything is fine, however a few machines, like the Ticket Machines at railway stations, so that after inserting the ticket, one could type in the booking ref and, if necessary, pay any excess. The machine could then validate and return the ticket. his would leave the office staff free to deal with people who are lost/confused/in the wrong car park etc., without holdng up everyone else

The entry barrier doesn't recognise credit cards as per the instructions that are emailed, you have to buzz for the attendant to let you into the car park and then again when you exit to give your reference number before the barrier is lifted. This wouldn't be any great problem if the instructions were correct, it just causes unnecessary confusion because it's not clear what to do.

People rush onto bus before people disembarking have removed all their luggage.I assisted a elderly couple off the bus with their cases, then when I tried to get my own cases people where pushing past me to get on. Again people pushing in to get on the bus, then sitting or standing as close to the front as possible with their luggage blocking the aisle so other people have to struggle past them. Surely the bus driver can tell people to wait till everyone is off.

The directions were a complete joke. They directed me to one car park, then none of the other information made sense (eg put your card into the machine at the barrier) there were no directions of where to go, and eventually had to go to another car park altogether and get them to open the barrier. Apparently I was in the wrong car park, but then they decided I wasn't as I'd booked a "weekender" - whatever that is. Oh yeah, the phone number is unavailable out of office hours too. Totally hopeless. All-in-all I was in the right place but with directions for somewhere else. It took me nearly an hour to get out of the car park as a result.

We decided to use the car park as it was cheaper than getting taxi to and from the airport, and removed the stress of wondering if the taxi will turn up on time. Our trip was a long weekend abroad. It was great to be able to leave the car and immediately be transferred via airport bus to the airport, only a few seconds ride. On our return the bus was waiting outside the terminal to take us to our car, thereafter we quickly went in the office to have the ticket validated and off we went. We will certainly be using the service again.

Whilst I walked to the terminal as opposed to getting the transfer coach, I was disappointed to see a particular coach driver get out of his coach and shout at me stating that " did you not see the notice...you cant park here !". The manner in which he communicated this message was appaling.

When we arrived at newcastle airport the machine at the barriers did not accept our payment card. When I rang the cutomer service number on my confirmation print out I was told that I would have to walk over to the long stay car park and ask them to validate the payment. I explained that the reason we had booked this was so we did not have to walk anywhere and that this was not satisfactory service. The person I spoke to basically said that that was tough and we would have to go and sort it out. I do not think this was acceptable service and I informed the girl that I would be making a complaint about this.

On arrival at entrance barrier the machine didn't accept my credit card and there wasn't time to press help button (delayed in traffic). So on return we had to contact a member of staff to verify our booking and to let us out of the car park. They were v helpful but it was a nuisance to have to do it

Have used the facility for the last three years and as long as the price stays around the same will continue to do so. The entry instructions and directions are a bit vague although I was probably on auto pilot and thinking about holidays and took no notice of changes. The facility is very good once inside and you start to relax into the holiday immediately once the hassle taken off your hands. Thanks V Good please keep the price sensible.
