easy to use web site and easy to follow instructions on arrival and departure, you just need to remember which bus stop you used.

System easy to use.Money saved by booking ahead.Staff at the office at the Airport were friendly and helpful.

we had no bother, we also lost ticket (it blew out of my hand) we phoned the office, they said "dont worry enjoy your holiday we will deal with it when you get back". As i put the phone down the ticket blew past, luckey for me.

We have used this car park for 4 years now and it has always been first class!

Easy to find car park,bus arrived within minutes both times easy to pay, just need to write down the bus stop near your car to make life easier on your return.

within parking the car and jumping on the bus to get to the airport terminal it only took approx. 10 minutes, max....

The car park is easy to locate and sign posted well. The system is easy to operate, and the buses were prompt. I would have no reservations in using this car park system again. Many Thanks

So handy for the airport. You can walk to the terminal building within minutes. I have used this car park 4 times already and will certainly use it again. The transfer bus is also useful and very regular.

easy to find with the help of tom tom transfer bus staff very helpful cos we got a bit lost and ended up following the transfer bus with the help of the driver we found our car park, not too long to wait for the bus to transfer us to the airport with the help of the phones situated in every bus shelter would fly from newcastle again

This is always a hassle free airport. Good road links, helpful staff, not too busy. Downside is that there may not be flights from here for where you want to go!

Being local we use this car park whenever travelling. We cannot fault the service offered. The whole process is swift and easy. We never have a problem finding a space, we have never had to wait any amount of time for the transfer coach, on one ocassion the driver noticed us parking and waited for us. The Drivers of the transfer coaches are all very freindly and approachable. When returning home again, we never seem to wait too long for the transfer coach to tke us back to our car and again the staff in the office are very friendly when checking out of the car park. We would never consider going elsewhere, we get safe, secure, efficient service at the long stay on site car park so we are happy to just re-book everytime.

The on Airpot parking at both Newcastle and Durham Tees Airports are an excellent service,dont bother with those even just a small distance away ,its worth that little extra,the parking is so close to the terminals that you dont need the shuttle service,unless you have lots of baggage (why ???) and little children or of course you have a problem with walking.The staff especially in the office at Newcastle are fantastic every time,they smile,have a sense of humour and good customer skills .I cant fault this service and use it every time,Id rather use this than get a lift to the airport and I travel a lot

Airport parking provides indpendence regarding travel time to the airport & ensures that no matter what descrepencies occur on return flight you have no problems securing transport home

Having spent more than £80 i would of thought you would not have to spend 15 mins trying to find a space. The bus service and web site were very good. This was at the long stay at Newcastle airport.

No problems, found the car park easily. Suggets that there could be a barrie release system such as at Liverpool so you didn't have to go the the booth

The bus picked us up straight away on arrival as it waited after dropping off some other people. On the way back we only waited a few minutes and were at our car within minutes. Transfers are quick and staff are friendly.

the car park was only 2 minuets transfer time from the terminal buiding,the coach transfer was immediatly after i arrived and overall was good value for money

I can't really elaborate on above, I'm afraid. The service was terrific. I was just a bit surprised the prices seem to have increased quite a bit from the last time I used the carpark a couple of years ago.
