This is the second year we have used this car park. It is quick and easy to book. You leave your car, go on holiday, validate your ticket on return and go home. It is fast efficient and very user friendly. We will use again the next time we go away.

No problems whatsoever,instead of all of us going to long stay with luggage,use drop off point so everyone gets out with the luggage at terminal ,then whoever driving just go to park car as its so close to terminal,walk back up,we had no need to use bus,did the same on way back .waited at drop off point with luggage,while hubby got the car.He was there in a jiffy!!

made life so much easier by knowing that we didn't have to worry about getting taxi or expect someone to pick us up from the airport. the long stay carpark was great knowing the car was safe. the courtesy bus was a great help, would definitely use the car park facities again.

Internet booking easy. Sign posts to long-stay well signed.Plenty of parking even thogh Easter weekend. Left e-mail booking reference and ticket in locked glove compartment for when we came back so we didn't lose them. Bus transfers quick but terminal easily walked to if little luggage and in day light. Leaving was quick and easy though signs around ticket office could be a bit clearer especially in dark.Staff very efficient and courtious even when dealing with obnoxious customer before me who had 'packed' her reference no. and 'couldn't remember' who she had booked through !! .Would definitely use again.

Although he never said anything to me, the car park attendant was extremely rude to 2 people in front of me, and was close to being physically assaulted by one irate traveller, who had lost his confirmation paper and was abused terribly by this obnoxious little creep. Still I suppose there's always one eh!

No problems; have used the same car park for a few years now. Saves waiting for people to pick you up or waiting for them to take you to the airport. Well worth the money.

Everything brilliant apart from exiting car park. On entry information given that all we needed to do was keep the ticket and put into machine on exiting again. When got to exit point, notice on machine stating we had to go to kiosk and present other documentation. This wasted time and also there were other cars behind us and we all had to reverse to enable me to go to kiosk some distance away. Many other drivers had the same problem and were unhappy with this. Needs to be sorted quickly.

It needs to be made clear to customers that pre-booked parking requires the parking machine ticket provided when entering the long stay car park to be programmed by a car park operative just before attempting to exit. Attempting to reverse back from the exit barrier to attend to this procedure would not endear you to other customers!

Arriving and park up was fine despite the confusion of the signage. We weren't too far away and walked to the terminal building. The directions for collection were to present the voucher at the ticket booth near the exit - this was a derelect box we eventually found another booth near to the bus station not easy in the dark! We were told that the old ticket booth had been closed for two years!!

The staff on arrival were nice, however the night staff were unhelpful are generally ignorant. The parking system is fantastic with no hassles whatsoever. Car park seems secure with good lighting. Just a shame about the pretty hefty price tag of £40 for one week and the unhelful staff on our return from a long flight although it wouldn't stop me using the service again.

At peak periods, it can take some time to find a space. I'm disabled, (blue disc) but have only once - in the dead of winter - found an empty disabled space and I use the airport often. When you are jetlagged it's sometimes hard to remember where you've parked - an alphabetical division into smaller lots might help - plus a map.

Excellent first class service, we used you in May 2006 & again in Sept 2006, I have already recommended to family members travelling Sept 2006 and I will continue to use this superb facility and will recommed all day long. many thanks for the trouble free parking.

Overflow area A gravel - doesn't allow cases to wheel across properly. Transfer bus not seen on outward journey, but was available [if you waited] on return. £30 for 51 hours does not compare favourably with station car park charges - a point I and others have made to Newcastle International Co.Ltd previously - but to no avail. However, On-Airport facility with its security ratings and drivers leaving their own car in a bay are important factors in choosing it

So simple either book online or phone. I booked online, arrived, received a card which I returned on my return from holiday and picked up my car, couldn't be easier. Thanks.

Close to airport, courtesy coach on hand promptly on departure and arrival, try and park close to a bus stop though, can end up carrying cases a fair bit to and from the car.

Even though the car park knew 5 flights were landing at the same time, they only had one transfer coach on the road in the early hours of the morning when we returned. The wait was too long.

Our bus driver had a shocking attitude problem, very unhelpful and rude. The car park is full of taped off areas with no explanation given. There seems to be only one bus serving a large area - we had a twenty five minute wait on return.

Leaving your car for someone else to park, I find more efficient, than having to drive around and locate a parking bay. Then having to carry your luggage to the nearest bus stop, is a bit of a chore! But at least my car was safe.

The instructions were easy to follow and a courtesy bus came within a minute of us reaching the bus stop. The whole experience was very straight forward and we would definitely use it again.

Within 5 minutes we parked, the pick up bus was there within a minute, and we were in the lounge minutes later. Excellent service . Will be booking for our trip in June without doubt.
