If its your first time using Newcastle Airport parking, by following the notice boards you'll find it simple to use, leaving is even easier, the notices on the bus and also at the bus stops for pre-paid customers give full instruction on what to do. Customer service are very helpful, but don't forget to take note of the area you parked in its a very large area.

Easily beaten on price by off airport parking unless booked through an agent like you and prone to unannounced price and price structure changes. Only one bus for transfers even though twice as many car parking areas as operate in winter. Often quicker to walk. Badly situated office for handling prepaid vouchers.

Overall this was a good service. It was difficult to sift through the luggage of a full coach where some were heading for departures while some of us were trying to get off the coach.

Easy to book, good value for money and conveniently situated.

Easy and close to terminal. You need to validate your ticket at customer service so someone in your party should get off the coach at the customer service office the first stop inside the barriers.

Well worth the money. The main difficulties were in finding a space and then on our return we had to wait quite a while for the bus. However, the bus service was well organised in dropping people off and the parking areas were clearly lettered. Having used the other parks this was the cheapest and the best value.

From parking the car on-airport to queuing at the check in desk took just over 6 minutes, an excellent service for Newcastle Airport which we will use again.

Excellent Airport parking service. The staff are friendly & helpful, even early in the morning & late at night.

We arrived early morning and parked at Newcastel Airport without delay. The main building was a short bus ride or walk away. On our return it was quick and easy to receive a voucher to use at the exit gate and off we went.

Excellent value. Good transfers. Great to book from home and online prices much cheaper than paying at Newcastle Airport!

Newcastle on-airport parking is really a good service and we experienced no problems at all.

Regular transfers right to the door, and all you have to do is hand in your receipt at the wee hut on your return and they give you a ticket to get through the barrier. Couldn't be easier, and only about one pound more expensive than the off-airport carparks!
