The service was quick efficient and having the car waiting for us when we arrived was excellent. I would definitely use this service again.

Transfers were quick and reliable, didn't feel like an offparking experience so thumbs up.

We've never had a better service. We parked outside the terminal entrance and were treated with curteous good humour very early in the morning. The pick up service was brilliant with our car waiting for us outside the terminal, warmed up and ready to travel home. Stress free. We will use them from now on at Stansted and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I am a very frequent flyer and using airport parking all over the UKs airports. This one in London Stansted is the best one I have ever been. Very close to the airport itself, took literally 2 minutes to drop us off. ON return....car was waiting for me outside the terminal , warmed up, ready for me to go. Thank you very much for your excellent service. Will use again. And very cheap as well as compare to the others... I use LONG TERM STANSTED PARKING a lot cause sometimes the price is cheaper but loosing definitelly at least 40 minutes with it.Definitelly worth few extra cash but sometimes even cheaper!!

According to the description given on the web site I was expecting to have to take my car to the car park and take a bus transfer to the terminal building. Instead, after speaking to the Orange representative twenty minutes before our arrival we were directed to drive to the front of the terminal building. We were met here by the Orange rep and after some quick paperwork we were on our way into the terminal and our car was off to their car park. On our return we called the Orange rep and instead of having to take a bus to the car park our car was brought to us just outside the terminal and we were on our way home in a matter of minutes. This was above and beyond the level of service we were expecting and was the equivalent of other meet and greet services on offer at Stansted but at half the price!

we rang to say we were 20 minutes away and were directed directly to blue short stay parking at the airport where orange parking took over and we were at departures in a few minutes. on our return we rang as requested and our pick up bus was at the place we dropped the car off on departure. Have used a few airport parking companies this year at different airports but i have to say this experience was the best and stress free

We had booked park & ride but received a free "upgrade" to meet & greet in both directions. Phone calls to agent connected 1st time; clear instructions on where to meet; prompt friendly and efficient reps both on receiving and returning the car. Really good considering we dropped the car off at 7am and retrieved it after midnight. Without hesitation I would use them again for meet & greet; I can't comment on the park & ride efficiency as we didn't actually get to use it!

parking with orange is very easy, you drive to the airport and leave the car there with them. when you come back you give them a quick ring and by the time you get outside your car is waiting for you. what more could you ask for after a long journey.

Polite staff & quick transfer, as we had a late return the car was at the airport for us to collect, a bonus!! after the time it took to get through customs & baggage collection.

I was late arriving but was still given a great service, with my car taken very quickly enabling me to catch a train earlier than I had hoped, on our way home we were met within 5 mins of ringing to say we were ready and on our way home within 15mins. Well worth the money, I will be using again

The instructions and directions to the site were clear. Staff were polite and helpful and the hand over of my car took a minimum amount of time. On thereturn journey the process worked equally as well. I telephoned the site having cleared customs and by the time I arrived at the pick up point the transport to the car arrived. The transfer took a minimum of time and was quicker than other parking services I have used in the past at Stansted. I would definitely use the service again.

This park and ride system is exactly what I would see as ideal. Directions both to National House and where to meet at the airport on return were specific. The paperwork and checking in procedure were highly efficient and there was no waiting for the minibus It took minutes to arrive at terminal from leaving car. I felt as if we were given first class service and would most definately use again. Don't expect posh grounds, but they do give great competition to baa based on price and service.

Staff were very friendly and processed us very swiftly. Bus slightly tatty, but it is, afterall, a very short drive! I would use again - recommended.

The service on this parking is very good. I can recommend it to others.

We made an on the day park and ride booking over the internet.The location was easy to find and very close to the Stansted Terminal.Within in minutes we were booked in and on our way to the terminal.Our return flight was late and arrived well after midnight but this was no problem to our cheerful minibus driver who was quick to collect from the terminal and set us on our way.Often long term parking is a nightmare waiting around for buses and carrying your own luggage.Orange parking made getting to the terminal an easy and stress free experience and we will definitely use them again.

I am really happy to use this parking. I found some problems only at the begining. I booked it on web site but have some problems to find it, Nobody was responding my calls so I had to go to other parking and spent an extra 100pounds, otherwise I would be late on my flight. Besides of this situation the parking is allright and I am using it all the time. Regards,

We arrived back late, and found the lighting to be very poor. This could be dangerous if small children are about and others are backing or maneouvring cars. Otherwise, the transfers were speedy and efficient.

All went according to instructions. got upgraded service on way out and happened to catch a very quick transfer back to the car on return. We were a bit concerned that we did not see where the car would spend its holiday or under what sort of security.
