With SPS Indoor Meet and Greet Parking at Stansted Airport, you get the convenience of dropping your vehicle off outside the terminal building and the comfort of knowing your car will be stored in a secure indoor compound whilst you're away.

Please call your driver on the car park number provided in your confirmation email 20 minutes before your arrival to re-confirm your meeting time. Enter the Red Short Stay car park, located in front of the terminal building, and a uniformed representative will meet you at the canopied walkway entrance to the terminal. Your car will be inspected for any damage and you will be issued a numbered "return vehicle document". Please keep this document safe until your return.

Before you collect your luggage, please call the car park on the number at the top of your "return vehicle document". Your vehicle will then be returned to you in the Red Short Stay car park near the canopied walkway.

i need special assistance and usually spend 20mins outside getting cold waiting for the wheelchair, without being asked they had assistance waiting, well done will use again as I travel every month, on time, polite what more can i ask

All went well apart from the fact that they only give you half an hour either side of the time you have booked to drop off / collect your car. A penalty of £20 is charged if this is not adhered to - not such a good deal after all.

phoned 30 minutes beforehand, and their system did not show our booking. Nonetheless, we were met at the airport on time. Handover went smoothly, we were offered a valet whils we were away, but this was not done on return due to a problem with the water supply. Our flight was 30 minutes early, and they rang us as we were passing through baggage collection. Overall, excellent service

Delivery and collection were excellent for timing and service. However the car had done substantial mileage (over 50 miles) and, when delivered, the computer showed that the car had been driven that day for 50 minutes and had covered 30 miles. I had ordered a clean, but it surely is not carried out a long way away. I chose this particular service as it was shown to be 'parking on the airport'.

We waited 40 minutes for our car which only arrived after repeated calls .I phoned to complain the next day and the manager did not even return my call.It would have been cheaper and quicker to use the long term car park.

the service was very easy to use and no waiting around for transfer buses to off site airport parking. Also reassuring to know the car would start with no flat battery or other issues. Very highly recommended. I would definitely use this service again.

I was unable to phone 20 minutes before arriving at the airport but once I had stopped outside the terminal and phoned, I got through first time and within three minutes, a representative from the company was there to take my car. The service was just as efficient when I got back from my holiday. An excellent service which I would use again without hesitation.
