Arrival Procedure
Please call your driver on the number provided twenty minutes before your arrival to re-confirm your meeting time. Enter the Red Short Stay car park, located in front of the terminal building, and a uniformed representative will meet you at the canopied walkway entrance to the terminal. Your car will be inspected for any damage and you will be issued a numbered "return vehicle document". Please keep this document safe until your return.
Departure Procedure
Before you collect your luggage, please call the car park on the number at the top of your "return vehicle document". Your vehicle will then be returned to you in the Red Short Stay car park near the canopied walkway.

Very effiecent, especailly on our return, as our flight was delayed by a couple of hours. nice car cleaning too!
As my husband and I were travelling with our daughter and grandson, we had bulky luggage such as pushchair, car seat and all the suitcases. It was so easy to leave our car in capable hands, collect trolleys and enter the terminal. On our return, our driver phoned with clear instructions as soon as we landed. We will always use Meet and Greet in future
The drivers were waiting for us when we arrived both on departure and arrival. They were friendly and professional. We also had our car valeted for £20 and it looked great on our return! I'd recommend this service with no hesitation and will definitely use SPS Meet & Greet again next time we fly from Stansted.
I would use this service again as it was first class. There were no problems and it was all so easy form booking online to droping off the car upon arrival at the airport. On are return it was just as easy, one quick call to say we arrived and collected our bags and the car was there. As they say "Gosimple"
Shame I did not book beforehand as had gone up considerably in a week & still same deal. Inside clean job could have been better. Great way to start a holiday though and would recommend. Both guys were very pleasant - good staff.

The service is about £20 more than mid-stay car park (I think). But traveling with a large case and a bicycle, being able to unload and leave the car outside the terminal is well worth it for the comfort & ease and time saved. I was met punctually either end. Great service. Recommended.
