Arrival Procedure
Call Stansted Easy Parking 20 minutes prior to arrival at Stansted Airport on the phone number provided in your confirmation email. On arrival at Stansted Airport follow signs for Short Stay parking. Exit roundabout and take 1st entrance into the Red Car Park, collect a ticket and proceed through the barrier. Follow the perimeter towards the terminal, drive to the canopied walkway, and a car park representative will meet you there. You must have your entry ticket, plus your return flight number, time and date at hand. Please note that if you arrive before your appointed meeting time you will incur short term car park charges, as parking is limited to 5 minutes. However, if you call 30 minutes prior to your arrival, the car park representative will try and meet you earlier.
Departure Procedure
All return instructions will be provided by the car park representative when you arrive at the airport to drop off your vehicle.

Took the stress out of parking and then having to get baggage on the bus
We were stuck in France by the ash cloud. Returned to London 3 days late and very happy with the way that Easy Parking treated us.
Generally very good. Only downside is that there was alot of dirt on the windows both inside and out. Maybe they accidentally left a window open slightly.
We were very pleased with the service. Because we'd given ourselves extra time to get through reported traffic congestion and then found none we were much earlier than planned. A simple phone call sorted that out and the driver was waiting for us at the airport. On our return the written instructions for option one as to how to find our way to the correct pick up point at Stansted were a little confusing, as signs we were asked to look for in the airport terminal didn't exist, but generally very pleased. Would recommend.
I was very happy with the service provided. This was the first time I was travelling with my 2 year old daughter and was quite anxious about everything including the parking. The driver was already there when I got there. The formalities were completed very efficiently and quickly. I walked into the terminal and realised that I had left the pram in the car. I gave a call back and the driver was very cooperative and said that there was no problem at all in coming back to collect the pram. On our way back, our plane was late. I gave them a quick call to let them know about it. When we finally did arrive at Stansted Airport, the driver was waiting there with our car and again was extremely pleasant and completed the paper formalities very efficiently and promptly. All in all, very happy with service and will definitely use it again
They were waiting for us when we got to the airport, they were waiting for us when we returned, they were polite, easily contacted and they car was exactly as we left it! It cost me aboiut an extra £20 for valet parking over and above the cost fo long term parking for one weeks parking. No buses, standing in the rain, trying to find the car....sooooo painless! Why spend hundreds of pounds de-stressing on holiday and be miserable when you get back? Valet parking all the way!
It was a pleasure using this service. My initial phone calls were handled well and the assistance from all staff in arranging the actual collection and return of our car was perfect. We have nothing but praise for all concerned and will definitely use this service again providing the length of stay makes the charge worthwhile.
it is not worth the money, i spent as much time waiting as i would have done if i got the bus from the long term car park

The procedure sounded quite complicated for dropping off the car but all went smoothly even though I lost the phone number to ring !!!
When we called ahead of our arrival at airport, our details were not held. However, our call was handled very well and the parking attendant was waiting for us at the airport. Our return flight was late evening, and again the car was waiting for us when we arrived at the car park. Good value, good service.
Easy Parking are great - however the information given by the booking agent (APH) is very poor - with incorrect phone numbers and poor instructions for return. Doesn't do justice to the fantastic service offered by Easy Parking.
Confusing directions, impossible to time arrival within 5 minutes from London in the rush hour as requested. Phone call to liaise with drop off driver went straight to voicemail and never returned, Drop off operative harrassed, off hand, irritable, inspired absolutely no confidence. Pick up driver MUCH better - welcoming, polite, more smartly dressed car returned within 5 minutes. Overall only worth for convenience on return. Departing more stressful than long term parking/arriving by train. This review emailed on return from trip never acknowdged.
A representative was waiting for me on both pick up & drop off, with no delays. Friendly manner and I felt trustworthy.

A simple process from beginning to end. Easy and central location points for drop off and pick up. All staff, helpful and pleasant.
This is just somply teh best way to go on holiday,and teh best way to return. No lugging heavy bags on and off buses! For the money, it's worth it every time!
This was the first time we have used this type of service as we usually choose a cheaper option. However, our flight landed at 11.00pm and we had a further 2 1/2 hour drive home after that and the benefits of having the car waiting for us to start our journey home was too tempting to miss. We were really happy with the service we received and if we had another late flight would definitly use it again. There were only 2 of use travelling with mimimum luggage, but I would imagine that if you are a family traveling with children and luggage in tow this type of service would lessen the stress around the airport arrival and departure.
The service was as good as I could have expected; I booked late theprevious evening and depsite no record by the operator in the car park, the issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently; likewise the return journey perfect
My wife was amazed when the representive (Paul) was there waiting for us - for her this really was the icing on the cake!
Directions for Meet and Greet location
- Exit M11 at Junction 8 & follow signs to Stansted Airport
- At Stansted Airport go to Short Stay Parking, collect ticket and proceed through barrier
- After passing Zone C & coach parking-take next left- blue signs to "Pick up area/Flight Arrivals" (Zone D)
- Drive down to canopied walkway to the ticket pay machines
