Simple to book and amend booking over the phone as I needed to do. Car was collected promptly at agreed location and return journey was very smooth. Would definitely pay the small extra for the convenience of this service over taking a shuttle bus alternative.

I wanted to be in our car where I feel I have taken all the safety procautions and have seats I had fitted and trust. Nothing worse that the shuttle and the hassle of moving kids and kids gear and extending the trip any further particularly on the return when we were fed up with travelling. This service worked like clockwork. Perfect. Drop the car and it was awaiting on the return and cheaper than the car park, it's a no brainer. We will be making it a regular part of our journey. I also spoke with another company who wanted to charge extra for calling the day before (makes me mad) but Meteor had no such policy and the whole thing on line was transparent and straight forward. Nice dealings and good job.
