The process was very well organised, didn't have to wait long for car to be picked up or returned and overall was very simple and easy.
This was a positive experience the drivers were friendly and corteous. It was good value for money and helped make a smooth journey start and end.
I would have no heistation in using Meteor again in the future just a little more care with the muddy appearance of the car and the mud inside the car please
Flying out, everything went smoothly. However, when we got back to Stansted, despite us being on time, calling as we came through customs after collecting our luggage, no one appeared for over an hour. I spoke to someone when we came through customs, who told us to go to the pick up area - no hint that they were understaffed and not able to fulfill their commitment. After 45 mins I started calling, to find that both mobile numbers were being ignored, and left to ring. So I eventually called the booking line, and after being cut off after my first enquiry, got through to someone. And then our car turned up - otherwise, we might still be there! There was also another woman waiting with us, whose car hadn't turned up when we left, and who had been waiting even longer. Will NOT use again.
The car was collected, but took a bit longer than expected,so wish I'd phoned 20 minutes before, not 10 as suggested. Excellent to drop car so close to terminal. On return, we had to wait 10/15 minutes, and the driver was fairly brusque. Overall it provided the service we paid for, but didn't go out of the way to offer anything that would make me choose them above the competition for future bookings.

Excellent service but we found we were waiting rather longer than the 10 minutes promised to collect and deliver the car. Would recommend them but also recommend you call 15mins before arriving to avoid waiting around.
Online booking was straight forward and simple. I rang 10 minutes before arriving at the airport and was given precise instruction on where to the drop off point would be. Somebody was there waiting for me at the airport to pick the car up and the hand over was very quick and straight forward. On arrival back at the airport, I called after picking up luggage and was given details of where the pick up point would be. The car arrived as I arrived at the pickup point. Again, a quick handover and I was on my way.
