Everything, from getting the online quote and making a booking to leaving the airpot after our return went as smoothly as it possibly could. Great service.

Dropping off the car was confusing. We were told to go to the red car park. Booking information had advised that the number plate would be identified and the barrier would open automatically. This didn't happen and when we phoned again we were told we needed to take a ticket. It wasn't very clear where to leave the car. There was an attendant there and we drove round a couple of times but he didn't acknowledge us, only when we got out the car to ask did he say we were in the correct place. Pick up was fine, no issues at all

I was delighted with the service offered by Meteor. The price was the most competitive and everything went according to plan.

Using the meet and greet service was superb. Just hand your keys to the driver and all your worries are over . Car taken away and stored. Zero damage and prompt delivery on return to uk . Will recommend this service to all our friends.

Very prompt, clear, friendly and efficient - kindly brought back my mobile v quickly when I realised I'd left it in the car.

Collected car within minutes of me phoning them from Stanstead, Car was in immaculate condition when it was dropped off with me....I will say though, that when they brought my car too me, they brought it up to the "drop off zone" at the airport, and if you are any longer than 10 minutes, the carpark charge you the standard £2.00 to get out, plus an extra £2.00 per MINUTE.....as we found out, but in all honesty, I think I phoned them to drop my car off a bit too early.....Carpark attendant did say that The "meet and great service" should not be using the drop off zones, but the car parks. All in all, I would use this company again

No waiting around promt friendly service with a smile. Will defiantly use again next time, Excellent value for money and they even paid the exit fee :-)

This is a proper meet & greet service - the collection couldn't have been simpler and when we arrived back the driver had kindly given the car a quick wask to remove the dust - wow. Thrilled and will use Meteor again.

we arrived back after midnight as our flight was a little delayed, but meteor were there very quickly and the handover was very simple and efficient.
