Staff were waiting to collect car when we arrived and the car was there when we arrived at the pick up point. Great service

Please use this service, especially if returning in the early morning as it saves you waiting for a bus back to the car park. The staff are very friendly and even pay to get your car out of the drop off car park. The more people use it may help to keep the costs down!

Better and cheaper than parking my car at or near the airport. Also didn't even need to find the change for drop off and pick up car park charge.Would highly recommend and use again

Everything was prompt and efficient,flight very late coming back but car still arrived on time, they even get you through the barrier so there is no queuing for tickets would definitely use them again if price was right.,this booking was on special offer,and as we travel abroad frequently we always look for the best deals.

Driver was there to meet us both on our departure and arrival. Paperwork with instructions were very easy to understand . I just can not fault the service. Made travelling with 2 small children a lot easier. Thanks and we will be using you again.

After a hiccup in May when I had to wait over half an hour for my car to be returned, it was most pleasing to receive a first class service again. Highly recommended.

Saved so much time, straight in and out of airport. Car arrived about 5 minutes after we rang from arrivals. Brilliant service.

Meteor texted prior to drop off & pick up supplying the phone number required, which saved time looking for no. Staff were friendly & we didn't have to wait for anyone at drop off or pick up, we will definitely use Meteor again.

The only problem we had both on departure and arrival was that the phone number they gave me to call was constantly engaged. This was very worrying and infuriating in equal measure. I had to try multiple times before getting through.

My car was returned in a terrible condition, it was covered in mud with dirt everywhere including on the tyres - it look like it had been driven around a field. When I commented on this the driver just walked away!!

It wasnt very clear where to go and meet the person for the meet and greet, I think instructions could have been clearer in the email. A map would be better.

Why did I pay 60 quid for this? I waited 10 minutes to drop the car off and another 10 minutes to pick it up. When I asked why they said "well we haev been very busy". I wont be using them again

Met at the airport as we arrived by a friendly uniformed representative. On our return the car was with us within about 5 minutes. The car was as we left it and again the service was friendly. I cannot see me using any other operator. Thank you for making the transitions so simple and smooth.

Extremely quick and easy service from start to finish. Dropped car off right outside the airport doors and was delivered back to me after one phone call. Brilliant service and we will use again.
