Easy to find, although a little further than I thought. Mini bus was waiting for us. Very helpful staff

The instructions to the Off Site Park were excellent and easy to follow. The transfer to the Departure area was speedy and comfortable with a very pleasant you driver On return, the collection from the Arrivals area was again quick and our car was brought ready for us. Will definitely use again

Parking site a little further from the airport than expected but easy to find. Apart from car not awaiting me on my return a troublefree experience.

Arrived early on outward trip - M25 was surprisingly easy - but this wasn't a problem to the staff. The paperwork was done without fuss, and the transfer to the terminal was swift. On return to UK, didn't have long to wait to be collected at Stansted. Would definitely recommend this Park & Ride.

You may think that after following their directions you were lost, but no, enjoyable lovely Essex countryside and thatched cottages adorn your drive and the sight of the "Barn" where the cars are stored completes the start of your holiday.

I was prepared to find the location with some difficulty, but in fact it was easy. I was prepared to be kept hanging around for my transfer to the airport, but this was quick and painless. I had a reasonable wait on my return for the transfer bus to arrive: it would be nice if the bus did have some ID on it to identify it. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. My only small suggestion is that they request a phone call 15 minutes before arrival. If it's your first visit, that is quite difficult to judge. As a woman driving alone in the pitch dark of very early morning along winding country roads, it's not the easiest thing to find a place to stop and make a phone call.

Everything worked exactly as you would wish it to. Clear instructions, easy to find, friendly staff waiting upon arrival, swift transfer to airport and the exact same in reverse - all at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Our plane was late arriving at Stansted and so the driver had to wait for our call to be collected. He probably had to hang around for an extra hour, late at night and in the cols so we were very grateful for his service. He remained totally professional and friendly despite having had to wait for a long time.

No problems with this experience. It was like an efficient door to door taxi services .
