Just as we wanted: a hassle-free night before the atlantic flight, in comfortable rooms. A pity the bar was using London prices (but that was expected!), and it was an easy transfer to the airport in the morning. Return trip to pick up the car was a breeze. We will do it again!

Good hotel; have stayed at Holiday Inn before, but this was a lot better - easier parking, better food and very nice room with good room service. I will use again.

This was my first experience of an overnight stay before a holiday departure. I would certainly repeat in the same hotel, which I was unable to fault. The perfect start to a perfect holiday.

Restaurant did not cook our steaks the way we asked - one rare and one well done both came out medium... Not good from a 4 star hotel.

Having had a bad experience at the Thistle Hotel Gatwick, we were more than pleased with the Renaissance Gatwick Hotel. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time before flying, and knowing that your car will be there on your arrival. The staff were excellent.

So close to the airport, transfers every 15 mins, what more can you ask for. Hotel staff efficient & helpful.

A good hotel with excellent facilities, although as I was flying early I didn't make any use of them. Was surprised the transfer went to the South Terminal first, but that helped for the way back. Overall very good.

Lost an earring during my stay. The room service staff found it and passed it to the Concierge who then called me to organise to have it mailed to my home. It was well packaged and a very polite and efficient service. Very very impressed by the hotel and the staff. I have now stayed at the hotel 5 times and will continue to stay there as my preferred choice when visiting Gatwick. Thanks.
