Generally this was a very successful stay. The staff were all very friendly and courteous and I felt very looked after. My only real gripe was that the room did smell of cigarette smoke even though it was a no smoking room

The only negative experience was with the Hotel Hoppa bus, which I appreciate is not connected to the hotel or Simply Hotels. The bus was late, and arrived full so we had to get a taxi. Otherwise the hotel was very comfortable with good customer service and great parking facility.

There was a bad smell in one of our rooms and even though this was reported to the hotel staff, nothing was done about it.

Good value for money. Lovely room etc. The only thing that lowered my overall experience of my stay was the quality of the food served to me at the restaurant.

Good location within a 10 minute and £10 taxi ride to the airport. Very comfortable and generally quiet. The only downside was the noise from the corridor. The rooms need to be fitted with double doors to keep that noise out. As this is an airport hotel and people come and go all times of the day and night, and the corridors are very long you will be disturbed.

Overall, the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately, a trainee receptionist gave me the key to an already occupied room (very embarrassing) and then a further key to a room which did not work. Third time lucky - the room was great.

£4 per person 1 way for the hotel Hoppa makes £16 round trip for a couple to travel less than 1 mile. This is very poor value for money, especially as it is prohibited to walk to the airport, therefore there is no choice but to take this bus.

No problems whatsoever. Would happily recommend. There is also a pub about 200 yards on the Bath Road.

The reception was smooth and efficient, room and reception area clean and comfortable and above all calm and restful. Runway view soon palled but exciting for a few minutes, noise much diminished after 23.00 until 06.00. Use of internet at £15 per 24 hours far too high, how about £1/hour? Tip, try parking near the exit, it's closer to front entrance than the rear area.

Was good place to stop for 1 night before flying next day. There was ample parking - just not sure how secure it is. Overall good value for money.

Only one night stay but everything went smoothly. i would suggest to buy transfer tickets prior to traveling.

All went as smooth as silk, parked the car, checked in. After a great night's sleep, left for the airport feeling refreshed for the journey ahead. Will always use this Hotel when travelling from Heathrow.

The suggestion to upgrade at nominal cost, with use of lounge and inclusive of breakfast was worthwhile. Drinks and biscuits / hors d'ouvres were also provided in the lounge.

Could not be more convenient for T123. All that one needs for an overnight stay before an early flight. Staff very helpful.

No problems with the hotel, this was a great start to the holiday, and with the advantage that parking is on site and the car is not moved off to some holding compound. Only flaw was waiting 25 minutes in freezing cold on return for the Hoppa bus transfer, after time in the tropics - no fun.
