Staff could have been friendlier at the reception desk, but from there on everything was as you would have expected from a hotel of this standard. Excellent price. Will use this service again.

Our experience was good and will certainly make us consider using the hotel again when flying out of Heathrow. With added security, parking and checking in are much more time consuming - staying overnight means that using public transport is possible and takes away a lot of the stress.

Parking was within view of hotel and felt secure.

Excellent hotel very conveniently located for the free local transport bus service U3 to and from Heathrow Bus Station and Underground links.

Everything about the hotel was great and it provided the perfect stop over for Heathrow. However, having planned to relax in the bar that evening with my colleague, we were horrified to find that two glasses of wine came to £15.90. Very unreasonable!!!

My stay at the Sheraton Hotel Heathrow was lovely. I was especially impressed with the security staff who were very helpful when I lost my jewellery. I would definitely recomend it to anyone else.

An excellent and convenient way of parking at Heathrow. The transfer was fast and we were home in record time.

There are regular shuttles to and from Heathrow airport so getting to and from the hotel is easy. Checking in and out is effortless, the quality of service is very high as expected from a Sheraton. For an airport hotel the room was outstanding with a queen sized bed and more faclilities than you would ever need. The buffet breakfast was also outstanding. I would definitely use this hotel again!

Ideal for overnight if flying from Heathrow. Hoppa bus is quite expensive at £4 per person single for a short journey to airport. Would not like to pay the full price for room but heavily discounted, is a bargain for the area.

Used the hotel on return from holiday to China, before returning North. Very long, tiring day so needed rest before travelling further. The booking in service was very simple, and room and bathroom good.

If staying in the Sheraton please be aware of the car park charges! @ £7 Per night.

Customer service was very good. The room was a bit stuffy when I went in.
