We found this car park easy to get to, and the bus transfer was every couple of miniutes. This was good value for money and hassle free parking. I will definately park here again 10 out of 10.

Quick, easy and reasonable value for money. Upon arrival I found a space very quickly and the transfer bus arrived within minutes. Only downside, there didn't seem to be any attendants about to answer queries.

Easy to find a space. Bus there. Arrived back late after delayed flight - able to walk to carpark rather than wait for bus - but it did appear there was one even at 2am!

The car park was very full so it took quite a while to discover a space and there was no-one to direct us. It was raining on our arrival in the car park and buses were all full. We had to walk to make sure we got to the terminal but as we had eventually (after about 15 minutes driving around)found a space near the entrance, the walk only took us about 10 minutes. However, this is not to be recommended in the rain! On our way out after returning to the car park it took a while for the intercom to be answered - we thought we were there for the duration!

Car park was very easy to find. We had to wait no more than 5 minutes for the bus. The exit procedure was a simple matter of giving the booking reference at the barrier intercom. As they say in the 'Ronseal' advert - It did what in said on the tin !

I found the car park easily and found a space within 20 yards of the bus terminal. The bus arrived within five minites and only took five minutes to get us to the airport terminal. The staff responded quickly upon reaching the exit gate and I siply told them my booking reference as promised. Good service all round. Thanks.

The parking was fine with no problems,but we did'nt see anyone at the car park or any buses for the transfer,so we walked to the terminal which was ok (not raining).

Couldnt really comment on the car parking staff because I didnt see anybody except when we spoke to the intercomm on the barrier to exit the car park.

What lets the car park down is the complete lack of any indication or signage of where to head for to find a space. It could take you a long time and do terrible things to your stress levels as time ticks away and you are still driving around looking for a space.

Your customer service staff gave an excellent service when I phoned with a query. The gentleman I spoke to was helpful and sounded genuinely happy to be of assistance, thank you.

The carpark felt secure and was within 5 minutes distance of the terminal. There was a transfer bus within 2 minutes of parking, and on our return, one was waiting at the terminal. Good service.

On this occasion there were plenty of spaces near to the car park entrance but in the past I have had to park at the furthest reaches of the car parking area which have not always been near to a bus stop. Bus driver was very pleasant and cheery. The buses to and from the terminal are frequent and the whole process is hassle free. The price by booking on-line is very reasonable. I think it is a much better option to park on the airport site rather than at one of the parking areas which are a 15-minute bus ride away as this cuts down the time needed to park.

No fault of the car park, transfers etc., but on arrival at the terminal there was not a luggage trolley to be seen. Please put in a plea for more trolleys to be made available at Birmingham airport!! At no other airport (and we are frequent flyers) have we had to carry our bags several hundred yards from the transfer bus!!

Would use the car park again. The transfer buses run very regularly and the transfer time is only around 5 minutes. We didn't have to wait long (maybe 3 minutes) for a transfer back to the car park.

Hard to find a space in car park, we drove around for several minutes, as no zoning in place to direct us to free spaces. Spaces cramped when trying to manage kids in and out of car seats.

No real complaints. Transfer coaches available quickly - but this could have been luck. Check out by intercom worked fine. The signposting in car park to different section and exit could be imporoved for nightime use.

this was very close to the airport and we always try to book early so not to be dissapointed, this car park gets booked up quickly soon as you know flight details book this you will be very pleased with how near this is also the excellent customer services and transport which takes 2 minutes

The Long Term Carpark was well signposted on the way in but once we were in the car park we either missed the signs or there were none to tell us where there were spaces and we had to guess (successfully as it happens).

Arrived straight into parking space unloaded suitcase and straight onto a waiting bus 5 minutes to Terminal. On arrival back in UK left Terminal short walk to bus stop where bus was waiting back to car and left airport within 10 mins of collecting baggage.

In the dark the call reception button on the exit barrier was totally invisible and led to frustration both for myself and other car park users who had similar problems. It needs to be well let and identified and staff should be on hand to assist not stuck in a warm hut!
