We were very pleased with the service. The five minute wait for the bus at the car park to the airport was very accurate. And the wait for the bus to take us back to the car after the holiday came within minutes of us getting to the bus stop. Thank you

I was so glad that we pre-booked this on-line. It meant we were able to park securely, without any hassle and find the car easily after our holiday. Getting off the car-park after our holiday was easy too. It also saved us money to pre-book. My only criticism was that as it was throwing it down with rain when we arrived, we found the bus shelters to be a little inadequate. A stream of water was running through the nearest one to our car (number 9)and we were cold and rather wet when we finally arrived at the terminal. However, not as cold and wet as we would have been without the service!

Generally a good experience. Transfer quick. Apart from the wait on the outward leg the only other point to note was the signage on arrival (in terms of where there was likely to be space) didn't seem that great? No huge issue and would certainly use the facility again.

When we arrived at the car we noticed the wheel on the back had been tampered with, we have a nissan patrol that has the spare wheel on the rear doors, the cover was loose, so someonw had tried to get at the new spare wheel. We did not think to report it on the way out, especially with it being 2.30am. When we arrived home the cover had been lost. Apart from this experience we were happy with the service we received, but the £25 would go towards a new cover!

This is a huge car park but finding a space is difficult. You need to drive up and down lanes until you happen upon a gap. Then you need more direction to the bus stops. Finding the transfer bus pickup upon your return can also be difficult, depending upon which door you exit the terminal building. A simple message "where I drop you down, is where I pick you up" or sign would be helpful

This car park is ideally situated only 5 mins away from the airport terminal. Transfers are quick and speedy. On our way back, we walked out of the terminal and caught a transfer bus immediately, which was brilliant. All in all an excellent experience. We will definitely book this long stay car park for every holiday in future.

It would be helpful if the bus stop numbers and car park numbering could somehow be related or at least announced by the bus driver. We parked in area E5 but how were we supposed to know that we got on the bus at stop 6 or 7?

Fairly smooth process. Only difficulty was finding a spare space to park car on arrival. There are absolutely no ground staff to direct you at all. But all in all a very convenient service and not bad value for money. Would use again.

Did not give staff a good mark as we never saw any of them thought transfer was very good both drivers very helpful and friendly would use the facilities again.

The transfer only takes a couple of minutes and the transfer buses come through to the terminal every 5 minutes. Definately worth the 40 pounds i paid for the week.

Please make more clear that you have to press the intercom to talk to someone, when you come to exit and you have paid by credit card at the time of booking.

Had no interaction with car park staff, it was daylight when I both left and returned so cannot comment really on these I did wonder what I would do if there wasn't a space I could find, there were several of us driving round and round looking for spaces. Would it be impossible to number spaces and allocate accordingly?

Two coaches for transfer to the terminal drove straight past us and we ended up walking to the terminal with our luggage and almost missed check in for our flight. On exiting the car park the man on the intercom was very rude and didn't say hello or thank you or anything!
