Parking close to terminal can walk, but with luggage need the bus, allow up to 20 mins. On return in the dark make sure you have row number or you can be looking for some time. On exit you call at the barrier to be allowed out can be a lengthy wait for a reply, especially when you have a queue behind you waiting to exit.

When I arrived at the designated Long Stay Car park, where you said a space had been reserved for me (not the truth), staff tried to redirect me to a multi-storey facility. This would have disastrous if I was pushed for time. The problem was that the car park was offered free to short stay customers (a new thing). Don't do that. I insisted on using the Long Stay and the staff said there were spaces if I could find them. There were no spaces but I tracked people getting off the shuttle and found one eventually. This is NOT good enough.

Some of the surface is uneven and I found it slightly difficult to find the exit in my car!

Easy to access the car park area and bus stops. Only a few minutes from the terminals although it takes about 10 minutes travelling around the car park to collect all the passangers from other bus stops. Good value, easy to find and I would certainly use it again.

Found car park to be conveniently placed, however the car park could be better sign posted when entering the car park for clients who choose to walk from the terminal to the car park, would recommend the parking facility to others.

the parking was very easy to organise online. the transport to the car park was very punctual and the drivers most friendly. i would definately use this service again!

could really have done with a lay out of the car park in the confirmation email as when in there just drove around for 10mins trying to find a parking space. saw security walking around so felt that the promise of safe parking was followed through with and the car was exactly as we left it. overall as our first experince it went fairly smooth and would use the service again

I cannot elaborate any more,except to advise you to advise customers to memorize their bus stop number as well as car park area.

the frequency of the transfer buses allowed the time from collecting your luggage to picking up your car to be cut to a minimum,allowing you to start your journey home

On entry into the car park and following parking of our car, the bus arrived in just a few minutes and took us immediately to the departures terminal. Everything was better than we expected. Parking on site was made easy. We will do it again on our next holiday in September.

Ideal location for ease of finding the car park and a short walk to terminal buildings so that you don't need to rely on transfer buses (though did see these running ok)

Easy to find and so close to the terminal we just walked instead of waiting for the bus. Bit confusing on the way out as you don't use the machines but have to press the intercom button at the departure gate and read your reference to the staff - I assumed I would have to type it into the machine. Car was still there when we got back so can't say much more other than I would use the long stay again.

i always use the long stay car park when i travel from birmingham it is easy to find and easy to leave.My only recommendation for improvement is some of the signage and exit road markings could be updated

Parking was great. The Terminal bus drove straight past us so we decided to walk. If you haven't got much luggage, Terminal Two is near enough not to bother with the bus.

Left car towards rear of park and was able to easily walk to terminal in less than 10 min. We were delayed coming back and had to fly back to Stansted - After a three hour trip by train back the Birmingham to pick up the car we feared the worst! The car park staff however were friendly and understanding and we were allowed to leave the park with no extra charge! Would recomend using this car park to anyone flying from Birmingham airport. Easy and hassle free - Dont waste your money trying to park nearer, you dont need to.

Although the overall experience was good - one criticsm would be the poor exit signage which was difficult to find in the dark!

Exit was frustrating - phone not answered at one exit and cut off at the second. Not what you want after travelling. Otherwise service ok.

It is difficult knowing when you have got to your bus stop as the lighting is poor. It can also be difficult to find a parking space.

The car park was easy to find and well sign posted. The transfer was quick. The only annoying thing was that on the exit I had to get out of the car to speak into the exit barrier and the attendent was a little slow in responding. All in all a good service.

lighting was not exceptionally good only adequate, otherwise the facilities were okay. Not sure how good the security would be as you may be able to get a ticket and pay on exit instead of having a security number or password to gain exit.
