Used the car park a few times now.Dont worry if you cannot find a car space straight away, there will be one.Bus arrived after 9mins, climbed aboard,dropped outside departures.On return the carpark bus was waiting outside arrivals,jumped on back to car simples.....P.S. make a note of your bus stop number.Enjoy.

Most things were pretty good. The courtesy buses on the return journey do not show a waiting time - and actually the short walk was quicker than waiting for a bus. My only issue is that the available parking spots are not marked. You have to drive past row after row of cars looking for a gap. Bit stressful when trying to make a plane.

you need to resurface the car park - water gathers and can be slippery - bad for the elderlyespecially

Found the carpark very conveniant and only 10 minutes walk to the airport and the online price was good, but would like signage with being clearer and the lighting improved.

used many times before with no problems. I prefer to be able to walk to terminal, leave car on site and take keys with me so this service fits the bill.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the number plate recognition didn't work and was delayed leaving while this was resolved

overall a great service and no problems on the way in. But let down slightly by card machine not recognising our prepaid card and number. But pressed the help button and soon on our way.

My first time travelling on my own. Booking was very simple and great value for money. Found the car park with ease. Bus stop was very close and only had to wait two minutes for a shuttle. All very organised and stress free. A great start to my trip. Would thoroughly recommend it.

came back to my car it had a flat tyre i asked ncp to help me they said call my recovery company i think this is a disgrace how can a company who provide long term parking not offer assistance for flat tyres or batteries

Have used this car park many times but not seen it so busy. Really struggled to find a parking space which if I was more pushed for time would have been a problem.

Changed timings and checked booking on line and was very easy to do. Easy to find and park, bus ran very often and easy pick up to terminal. Bus arrived as we got to Bus Stop and took to car in only a few minutes. No issues at car pick up and prepaid ticket let us out with no hassle.

Saved lots of money by pre-booking, overall cost was less than one third of rate if we hadn't have booked. Car park was well laid out and well lit, we didn't use the bus service as we managed to park fairly close to the terminal building and the weather was kind. We did see the buses and they looked fine and would be very useful to those who don't want top push a trolley or pull a case. Once we had booked all we had to do was get ther and remember on our return where we parked the car! It really was simple!

Easy access to moterway. Managed to get a space close to the terminal and was able to walk which saved time and hassle waiting for buses.

efficient bus service gets you to the terminal quickly, booking in advance makes things cheaper. Convenient and would use the facility again.

A short distance from the car park to the terminal buildings at Birminghman and there is a regular bus service. oming back was easy with the vehicle recognition we were simply let straight out of the car park without having to contact anyone. Would cetainly use again.

Departing from BHX was no problem because we had the transfer bus virtually to ourselves. Returning was a different story. There was a long wait for the transfer bus which meant that a sizeable queue built up so that when it finally did arrive, we were squashed in like sardines. Next time we'll book the closer multi storey option and then walk as this will probably be quicker and more comfortable!

Nothing to complain about.Within in walking distance to the airport,so no hanging around for buses,although buses available if needed.Good value for money.

The ANPR system does not appear to work despite it being mentioned. You still have to just take a ticket then ring your reference through when you leave.

No problems and saved money prebooking. Car number plate recognised at the gate so no faffing about. It was cheaper to book through gosimply than to book direct with the airport as the processing fees are less. Thanks gosimply!

We found the carpark straight away and was able to walk to the airport, will be using again
