No problems with booking, directions are straightforward. The transfers were quick & easy both ways. Will definitely book with this site again.

The main problem was on leaving. When I inserted my 'ticket' the display told me I owed £85, even though the car paring had been pre-paid. This was a bit of a shod, although the 'voice' was able to cancel the request and allow me out.

OK when the weather is fine. Not good for older people - no assistance & rough surface

One of the best airport parking experiences I've ever had, and I've been a frequent flyer for over 30 years. The car park entrance is easy to find and just off major trunk roads. Finding a space was no trouble as the park had ample signage and lighting (4:00am). The transfer bus was clean and arrived almost immediately driven by a very polite and courteous driver. I will definitely use this service again and recommend to all my friends and colleagues. 5 Stars all round.

Generally excellent value for money. There was a problem with the automatic identification system on both entry and departure. In both cases the machine failed to recognize our car and the barrier refused to open. However, we were put through to a human operator very quickly after pressing the 'Help' button on and, on both occasions, the operators were helpful and quickly resolved the problem. We will not hesitate to use the car park again since the combination of convenience and price is a winner.

The driving directions were concise, we arrived and parked the car with minimal effort. We had just missed the transfer but another bus arrived within about 10 minutes and the driver was most helpful. When we returned, we told the driver out parking area E1, and he told us when we arrived. We could not have wanted for a better experience.

Simple to book. No problems except having to search for a parking space, could be better signage especially for the exit. Did'nt need to pay any extra even though we overstayed by a couple of hours due to a flight delay. All in all a good experience.

Can't fault the service. The bus was very prompt on arrival at the carpark and late at night when we got back. Easy to book and easy all the way through!

All in all a very good experience and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off price wise like you do from so many airports. Well done Birmingham.

Overall good value for money - some areas of car park not so well lit as could be

A busy holiday period we took about 10 mins to find a slot. More signs of full or free parking would have helped and clearly marked bus stops since low level shelters difficult to spot even during the day. Returned in the evening difficult to locate parking bays as unlit and no comment from bus driver on which stop is next. Good parking and possible to walk to terminal if sign posted. A statement on leaving car park or receipt of how much will be charged to account would be nice as even today I,m not sure how much the parking actually charged and I have no ticket to prove exit time/ date. Would use the service again.

this car park looks like it is being extended and some areas are a little confusing at the moment i am sure it will be back to normal soon

We booked online, drove in at the airport and took ticket. After flight, got back to car and drove out after inserting ticket at barrier. A very simple, no-nonsense and efficient way of parking which was exactly what we wanted

Easy to find, easy to locate car when coming back. Could do with better signs as to where the free spaces were. Took about 10 mins to find one. Pre paid for the parking on the Internet was very simple and gaining exit via the intercom and reference number very straightforward.

We parked up no problem and walked to the shuttle bus stop. There where a few people waiting that where complaining, that they had been stood there for quite a while. We must have waited 5/10 mins when it turned up so for us it was a good experience.

Found a parking space easily, made a note of where we had parked, jumped straight on to shuttle and into the airport in less than ten minutes. Great start. Coming back to the car, we got on the shuttle which left immediately, asked the driver for row A11. Got no response from him at all so we got off at the next stop which fortunately was not far from our car. Apart from that little blip every thing was perfect. Will define.ately use your service again

i found it easy to find and park, but didnt see any transport buses either going to the aiprport or back. But it was only about 10 minutes walk which was ok for me but not for my father who ws travelling with me.
