I paked close to the airport in long term car park 1. Quite easy to find way to airport

The only problem we found was lack of information where to pick up transport in the end we were told it was not far to walk so that is what we did. Suited us as we were flying from T2 bit furter to T1 but still walkable. All in all found Gosimply very good indeed would use them again thanks

I Just drove into the car park, found a parking spot next to the shuttle stop. Jumped onto the shuttle bus and I was at the airport in no time. On return to the carpark, just drove upto the barriers insert your ticket and off you go. Will deffinetly use this service again.

Booking either on line or by phone is very straightforward. And when the flight times changed, the very helpful operator made the change in seconds and with no fuss at all. Leaving is now even easier and quicker with the introduction of vehicle recognition. No code has to be entered. Simply put the card in, the car number is scanned and recognised, and the barrier raised, almost instantaneously.

well sign posted. Car park well light and good value for money when booked in advance.

It was great to be parked on the airport site to ensure a quick getaway, however, the paperwork stated that we need to press the intercom and state the reference number which caused quite a delay as the call was held in a queue - the car park instructions however, stated that there was car reg recognition and to insert the car park ticket - found this a little confusing and it caused a delay.

Only problem was when trying to leave the carpark it didn't register that we had pre paid, so had to contact warden to get barrier raised.

Easy access to parking facililities, transfers ran on time - max 15 mins. parking on airport site is so convenient. Probablly the best airport parking that I have experienced

Minor issue: the Long Stay 1 car park at Birmingham Airport now has auto number plate recognition which is supposed to recognise pre-bookings. It didn't work, the barrier stayed down. So rather than take a ticket on the way in it appears you have you have to talk to the operator. Just a little different from the instructions emailed with the booking ref, that's all.

This is an excellent car park.It is easy to access off the motorway and so convenient as it is so near the Airport.We always park here and walk with our cases as it only takes about five minutes. I would highly recommend this car park.

We waited five minutes to be transferred to the terminal and five minutes when we returned. Excellent service at Birmingham, together with ease of booking on the internet. I will certainly be using this service again. Many thanks.

I would say given the limited choic eof parking for bham ariport which excludes those furhter out where you have time for a longer bus journey in, it's adequste and the prices comparable. But, there was little light in the early hours and both times, in and out, the cabin / depot was shut so there was no one to help should you need it. I was shouted at to head to 'c' and signalled to follow a certain path, but no other help or instructions given. In the darkness when parking, I had problems locating my car on return and there was no one around to advise or help also, when leavign the car park, it took a long time to connect using the intercom to get out of the car park - if the reg number identification worked, it didn't let me out and I had to go through a long wait / process for the intercom to be answered when a queue was starting to build up behind me.

We managed to be close to the entrance and got a bus immediately no waiting in the cold! It is the best option to be on site

not very glamorous first time use experience - can only get better, I guess

We were happy to get a park within walking distance of the airport at a reasonable price. We will be back1

Good facilities, close to terminal building. Frequent courtesy buses. Easy to book and exit without the hassle of paying at the airport. My only complaint was that the exit signs from the car park could be clearer - especially in the dark.

The parking was easy to find and fairly close to the terminal building. The buses were a little erratic, but we got one after parking within about 10mins. If we had no cases it was close enough to walk.

The 'gosimply' web comparison site was easy to use and offered the best prices. I particularly liked the email reminder from this site that my departure was imminent.

We arrived at the car park, took a ticket, parked and got our transfer without any fuss. Transfer back was brilliant, we gave our reference at the gate as we left with no problems. It was so easy - even with 2 small children and luggage. There is no way I would have done it different - thank you!
