Very easy to book on line, easy walking distance to Airport, would reccomend gosimple to all my friends and customers.

easy access to airport, witin walking distance but shuttle bus available if needed. Price a bit steep for 3 days stay.

I didn't use the coaches and met only one member of staff- very briefly - so mostly my review concerns the fact it was easy to book online, it was easy to park and I could walk to the terminal in less than three minutes. This latter fact made the booking worthwhile. I would add that even though the parking was cheaper having been booked in advance it was still expensive enough - perhaps a few more offers for frequent users would be a good idea? Having said that I wouldn't book anywhere else for my next trip - I can't be doing with all the hassle of checking te car in and leaving your keys hen spending half an hour waiting for a ooach. You pays your money...

Clear signs,clear process.Car park could do with some proper surfaces for suitcases to be wheels easily across it.

My only complaint would be the rather long walk with baggage trolley from the disabled parking bays to the Terminal building as according to my info no courtesy shuttle bus operates at this time of year. Imagine my surprise when I saw one entering the carpark on my return - this needs clarifying.

The notice on the exit barrier was a bit confusing. Some of the lettering was not clear and it looked as though the exit was NOT for prepaid parking.

Staff all very good & helpful - but if you are booking and the code does not appear on the NCP system - and you do not have a paper copy ... you are expected to pay and get it sorted out. The companies need to get their electronic systems talking - its all part of the parking experience and when you return (tired) you need it to be smooth - please :)

Transfer buses not running so unable to score this service. good value parking and would definately use their service again providing their prices remain competitive.

Obviously there are changes happening at the airport right now - but having to go in and out of one car park to the other and we arrived at night could have been difficult for older people and confusing let's hope this gets better.

i had a problem when i returned. there was no hassle. it was sorted out immediately to my satisfaction. i was very grateful.

Parking was easy, and having travelled many times during the last two years, it was the first time I had found a space near the exit.(row J) I do find the bottom car park rather isolated especially during the dark nights and mornings.The bus is very organised and the driver always waits for one to lock up their car.

As the car park was very full, there was no notices of where there might be spaces, and as there are numerous small areas in the park it was very longwinded trying to find a space especially as there were a number of cars trying at the same time

The airport changes to traffic routes made it difficult to take our baggage trolley to our car that was so close to the terminal it was not worth loading it all on to the transfer bus and then off again. The signing for the exit was also poor and the road unlit. This is obvoiusly not an NCP difficulty but you may be able to pass the comments on.

My wife is disabled and I had to leave her with the cases outside the airport and then couldnt go back to pick her up. She then struggled with the cases to cross roads etc to try and find me as I had to go and park again to pick her up which left her standing up for 45 minutes waiting. If you are disabled an alternative collection would have been better.

the bus driver was really helpful and helped with customers luggage, the only neagative was finding somwhere to park, there is limited space and cars were parked everywhere on grass verges and on the corner of the rows.

be careful not to park in "long stay car park 2" which is reached before the main car park, not well lit and unfinished surfaces. main car park well lit, close to terminal.

We parked in a disabled area close to Airport entrance Easy stroll to /from car park although shuttle bus was available for those who parked further away.The payment desk was easy to find and the small queue was quickly dealt with.Would certainly use again.

i found the park easy to use close to the airport good transfers my only advise is get there in plenty of time because it took a while to find a parking space all in all very good.

due to the car park being full,the only area left was a gravel section at the back,where it looked like other people had parked up in a mad rush to get thier flights,ie not enough room between vehicles.

There was good signage to the long stay car park entrance and I eventually found a good parking spot close to one of the bus shelters. After a wait of only 5 - 10 minutes the bus arrived and dropped us right outside the airport entrance. On arrival back at the airport one of the staff at the desk tore himself away from his mobile phone and casually passed me my exit ticket and the bus was waiting at the nearby stop to take us staright back to our car.
