Dumped in overflow carpark, no ticket issued, no sign of security. On return was asked for parking ticket, had not been issued with one, allmighty row over this, only resolved because other people had the same experience at the same time on the same flight, staff of NCP not in the least helpfull in resolving this sutuation. need looking into by someone in authority, the left had needs to know what the right hand is doing, a shambles from start to finish.

I had my wife, baby daughter and luggage, I dropped my wife, baby, pushchair and hand luggage off at departures and proceeded to park the car, I then transported the 2 suitcases via the shuttle and joined my family. Yet on our return, my wife, baby, pushchair, hand luggage and 2 suitcases stayed at Departures ready for me to pick up the car and collect them, to pick-up I had to park in another car park and pay too!!! So if you do have your hands full, or have a passenger that can't walk very far, keep this in mind, it was the last thing we wanted on our return journey, and my wife thought that I'd abandoned them due to the prolonged wait at Departures.

Due to no fault of mine on return my car would not start. I left no lights on!. thank goodness for a very helpfull member of the staff who resolved the problem I suggest in future customers are alerted to the fact this can happen.

We were led to believe the park was within walking distance of the terminal. Instead, we had to take a bus. Also we had to park on grass in the corner of a fenced off field (did they have tractors on hand in the event of heavy rain?!). However, people were helpful and the bus efficient.

on leaving the terminal to board the bus back to the car park we encountered a queue of aprx. 40 people waiting with the only small bus leaving the bus stop.surely at busy times 2 coaches could be used.

On arrival we found a parking space straight away, near the entrance, it was walking distance to the terminal (crossed the road and we were in departures). On departure the staff were polite and helpfull, we loaded the car and left the car park without a hitch.

Paid for car park within walking distance, but had to use overflow carpark which was a fair distance away. Frequent pick ups by the coaches, but huge queue on return. Also the people in the NCP arrivals kiosk were very rude, F'ing and blinding at people.

not too expensive but very hard to find a parking space and spaces to small to park large cars in. Did not see any transfer to terminal and got soaking wet.

had to park a long way from the airport and if there had not been a transfer bus we would have had a real struggle with two young children and four cases.

We parked our car quickly and easily within easy reach of the Terminal. Getting our ticket validated on return was no problem and we were able to exit the carpark within 10 minutes of leaving the Terminal. Good value for money as these things go nowadays!

There was no problem with obtaining the tickets - the car had to be parked after drop off some 1/2 mile from the terminal - no sign of any transfer bus. On return after a ridiculous passport check - again no immediate transfer - walked to car 1/2 mile - left car park - no entry to airport - drive 2 to 3 miles around perimeter - security guide car to pick up - some 400 or more yards - extremely rude and inconsiderate security - my wife and I are disabled and had to struggle down steps to get luggage into car - told to find someone to help - we were told that they now charge £1 for parking to collect luggage - on top of the fees already paid - I will never use this airport again

Difficult to find a parking space on arrival could take a long time particularly in the dark. On return late at night, left my wife at the terminal with the cases. Walked to the car as no bus around didn't realise that I could not drive back to the terminal without driving several miles on roads I didn't know to collect my wife. A bad experience!

Because of delay's in return flights to cardiff Airport on my departure day had to use the overflow car park . Although this was not a problem with the bus transfer, the terrain of the car park was gravel and difficult to wheel cases over.

Everything was fine. However there is a large Short Stay Carpark sign as you enter the Airport but not a Long Stay sign which was confusing. The exit is a long way and not adequately signed either.

customer service at desk was speedy and efficient, the coach service was spot on we arrived at the designated spot and a bus was there within minuites - certainley worth the money -

Parking the car was ok although it was a long way from the terminal, we were able to drop off passengers and luggage outside of terminal but on return had to lug cases a long way as there is no pickup at termnal and no bus.

Finding our way to airport was easy well signposted found a place and was checking in within 10 mins.On returning had our ticket validated straight to car park and away.Good value and will use on airport parking again

i have to use an electric scooter to travel from the long stay car park to the terminal,the scooters are not supposed to be used in the rain so when waiting outside the terminal with the lugage(as it cant be left unattended )it would be nice to have shelter from the rain.also the pavement kerbs need to be wheelchair/scooter user friendly as the direct route from the terminal to the long stay disabled parking area has no lowered kerbs.

Easy to book and onsite parking. As I arrived the attendant directed me to the long stay parking, which was drawn out to get there, I think they are changing the parking zones and it is midway through. Transfer bus waiting to take me to the terminal building, however when I returned there was no bus so I walked the 800m or so back to the car. No probs as it was a lovely day, wouldn't want to do it in the rain.

Chosen for convenience and value (effectively £5 day despite booked only 2 days in advance). Short walk to terminal with you in control- no waiting for transfer, no check in etc. Dont forget to get your ticket stamped in the arrivals area when you come back - or you have to walk back again.
