It was difficult to find a space however once a space had been found it was easy to catch the shuttle bus to the airport. On the way back the shuttle bus stop was easy to find and a bus took us straight back to the car. It was quick and easy to validate the voucher for parking on the way out.

Handy to park opposite the terminal, but due to it being peak season the overflow carpark was in operation. It was very difficult to find a space and ended up quite far away. The transport to the terminal had already gone and we didn't have time for us to wait so we walk with our cases to the terminal.

We were asked to use an overflow car park right at the bottom end of the airport which was fine because because a shuttle took us to and from the termimal, however the surface condition of the carpark was dreadful it was just a shingle car park. I wasn't very happy to drive my car over this surface but had no choice. There was also no walk way doen to the road where the shuttle collected us so we had to drag heavy cases which obvoiusly damaged them as they are on wheels and meant to be used on smooth surfaces.

Cleverly, by good fortune, we checked in to the airport first before parking the car. We found the flight delayed, so could go off site and enjoy the beach. We couldn't have done this if we'd used offsite parking, (or if we'd parked in the long term parking first, I believe). But if made for a terrific start to the holiday, actually.

The directions received by email were not clear as there were also two other car parks on the way to the terminal building. The email also said BCP but the carpark is run by NCP so there isn't any mention of BCP on any signs. Parked in the overflow car park and had quite a lot of luggage. However, the bus didn't bother to do a full circle of the car park so I ended up pushing my trolley all the way to the terminal building in order to make my flight. Also, the overflow carpark is quite isolated and I can imagine it might be intimidating for women on their own at night. In summary, the price was good but don't expect any customer service.

Everything went well apart from the fact that because of the heat the computer shut down and we had to wait to be let out of the car park. After about 10 minutes because we had already paid when we booked the staff very kindly let us out manually!!!

First time using this car park and I am not known for my sense of direction but to my great relief the car park was very easy to find and upon arrival all was very quick and easy and I was at the airport in no time, the same efficient service was greatly appreciated on my return after an 11 hour flight.

When we arrived at the car park late at night, there was hardly any lighting nor any indication of where free spaces were. We drove around the car park aimlessly looking for a space, cars were parked all over the place, we found one and there was a broken fence nearby and lots of large lumps of gravel everywhere. No sign of buses or any notice detailing when a bus would appear. The only advantage was that we were able to walk to the terminal building in about 10 mins. When we flew back, we took our trolly back to the car park but there was no proper place to leave it, they were all over the place. A happy man in the booth let us out.

Car park was very full and spaces were hard to find. Bus service was very frequent. Had very little contact with staff but when we did words were difficult to come by but exit was processed quickly. Staff would not win a a bright and sparkling personality contest, it appears these traits were by-passed some time ago.

The car park was almost full, we therefore had to use an overspill area. Had the transfer coaches been better organised and more readily available then we would not have had the trek with our luggage. Fortunately we only got wet the once, that was on our return trip.

i got off my plane and on the wrong bus at 3.15am a bus with Shamrock on the back of it means an Irish coach not a bus to my car when i got to my car i had a flat battery and there was no-one to help and it was to far back to the gate i had to wait 1 h 15 mins for the Rac to turn up .if there was a charger in the pay station it could be advertised on the ticket as a customer service for minor car faults ,there must be a lot of flat batteries during the year

The direction given had no relationship to the location of the car park. In addition the car park was not signed as we were told (On Air Parking). When we tried to contact the help number given they told us because we had booked on line it was nothing to do with them and they would not help us. They didn't provide any alternative. As a result we had set out in plenty of time and ended up with no time to spare. As a consequence of this we ended up squeezing into a parking space as the site itself is badly signed internally (a simple sign saying "more parking this way" would have done. Of course as we were on the coach going out we could see loads of empty parking spaces, but by then it was too late for us.

Signposts do not say 'on-airport' parking so you don't know which car Park to go to! we had to ask someone! On exit you have to get out of your car to validate your ticket which is quite annoying especially if you are travelling on your own! also had to park in overflow and get bus which was not explained when we booked the car park. luckily we allowed enough time for this.

Being disabled, parking facilities are critical. All disabled bays were full, many by none disabled drivers. This was not delt with at all as far as i could see. As I was unable to reserve a disabled bay when booking online this did not help my position. This is my only critisism, other wise a good service, will definitely use again.

Arriaval is very easy, you just take a ticket from the barrier. From here on its a shambles, you have to find a space, in my case a long walk from the terminal. Bus transfers, in another customers words,"I have yet to see a bus". Some cars seemed to be abandoned at the end of isles making it difficult to get around corners looking for a space.

I would recommend pre-booking your space because it makes life easier when dropping car off.Although there are plenty of disabled parking spaces at the car park we were unable to get one,it was not a problem as there are regular buses to take you to the terminal if you had to park in the overflow car park as we did.I found the staff friendly at the office, you should remember to go there BEFORE you collect your car and then you can just exit the car park with the ticket they give you. All in all a great alternative to relying on friends or relatives for transport and your vehicles are safe and at a reasonable charge.

no staff. had to park right at end of car park. no buses. in other airports only need to put exit ticket in machine to raise exit barrier. at cardiff had to get ticket authorised first. walkway to car park narrow. also had raised bricks making trolley pushing difficult.

I was very confused as to where I was suppose to park as there was no mention that the place i was suppose to park was actually an NCP carpark a sign mentioning the fact would be nice or put it on the print recipt that its an NCP carpark I ended up having to go to the office to check that I was in the right place

The main long stay carpark is very good and nicely tarmaced, but it isn't very large. I had to park my vehicle in the long stay overflow carpark which is really a gravelled field. The overflow carpark is also quite a distance from the main carpark entrance and therefore having to carry or wheel your cases from here can be quite a pain. When i arrived at the carpark there was no signs of any shuttles to and from this part of the carpark to the main entrance or terminal.

I had pre-booked my car parking but on arrival at the airport the pre booked car parking area was full. This meant driving around to find an over flow car park, which I parked in but was horrified to discover to see signs stating no pre-booking allowed in that particular section. The exit was via pay and display ticket barrier.I had no option but to leave the car there and walk with luggage (no trolleys available), check in and sort out later. Went to NCP hut and explained to the guys there who, in fairness, said it was ok to leave car where it was. On return just had to speak via intercom and give reference number to allow exit via barrier. Bit of a stressful start to holiday tho!
