Winter parking is easier, in the summer you could end up at the farthest end of the car park. The desk in arrival is easy to find and quick to use. I'd recommend this parking to the Day's Inn as more often than not you have to wait over 10 minutes for the transfer from airport.

We had no problem finding the car park; the staff were friendly and helpful; the car park itself was secure and well lit. There were regular buses from the car park to the airport terminal. On the whole we couldn't have found better value for money.

The last thing you want when arriving at an airport early in the morning is to try and find out where to park. There was very little room left and a space was frustratingly hard to find. Also the signs to the carpark were totally confusing. The staff was good.

Having usually used the Highwayman carparking option I chose to park, I thought, nearer to the airport on this occasion. On arriving at the long stay car park we trawled the area for spaces where we found the only spaces available were on rough terrain in the far back corner of the overflow car parking area with not a single transfer bus in site. My wife and I then had to walk some considerable distance, with suitcases to the main terminal in darkness and in inclement weather. Given that a "selling point" of the booking was its close location to the terminal I was less than impressed. I would choose to use the highwayman facilities on future occasions. I do not expect you to post my comments given their negativity (although I feel you should if you are to be fair) but at least will have advised you of my dissatisfaction.

When we arrived in the car park we found a space right at the front and the bus driver signalled to us that he would wait for my husband and I as we were so close to the bus stop anyway and with that we were in the terminal building within two minutes.

Owing to the new one way system now in operation at the airport due to security re terrorist threat etc. the drop off and pick up points are in the short term car park which is a good walk from the terminal entrance. There is no shelter and in adverse weather conditions you would be soaked before getting to the terminal. They should take a look at Bristol Airport which has a covered walkway to the terminal building. Also the furthest point of the long stay car park is a very long way from the terminal. The car park is not tarmac and there is a lot of loose gravel underfoot and is not lit well at all. If you collect your car and need to pick others up near the terminal you have to drive a good one and a half miles around the one way system around the perimeter of the airport to get back in and then do it again to get back out. There are insufficient signs to explain what people need to do and someone needs to sit down and rethink how they are going to accomodate passengers better than this.I appreciate that due to the extra security now needed there has to be change but a lot more thought needs to be put in to make it passenger freindly. No wonder Bristol is overtaking Cardiff as an international airport because they are getting it right for the passenger.

Lack of BCP signage was confusing as you actually have to park in the NCP car park. Car park was packed and finding a parking bay was time consuming. We had to park in 'U' section so had a 12-15 minute walk to the terminal which was quicker than waiting for a bus. As surface had loose stones on the path it was not easy to push a trolley. You need to allow half an hour to park, unload and walk to the terminus if you want to make the 2 hr check in time. Whole set up is not very user friendly for less able people.

The fact that the carpark was so close to the airport i.e. on site, there was no need to wait for a transfer bus and spend 10-15mins on that bus to take you back to the car. The last thing you want to do when you arrive home is to have to wait once more to get to your car, which certainly wasn't the case with this carpark! Very pleased and will use the service again.

When we got to the airport, the main car park was full and we had to park in the overflow carpark, not only this, we had to park on grass. If we arrived back in torrential rain, as has happened before, I doubt if any of us could have driven off the wet grass. There was nobody in attendance so anybody could have stolen my car and driven out through a barrierless road. At the exit point of the overflow car park, there is no sign to direct you away from the airport.

Arriving at Long Stay car park we were then directed to overflow. Had to turn around in a queue of cars. Early signs could have avoided this. Staff helpful & polite. On late night return, wait for bus was very long and signs about where to wait were not clear. Arrived at car park, no staff, no lighting. Driver under obvious pressure from customers. Not made clear to us that we were in a new overflow car park so could not give correct guidance to driver.

Probably not the best as there was work going on so we were pushed into the overflow carpark which was not signed at all on entry to the airport, very confusing but staff were great I had a flat on return and they offered to help, all in all good value for money.

On arrival, the appalling surfacing allied with the untidy parking which suggested that the car park may be full (not verifiable without an extensive drive around the extensive acreage) led to the suspicion that we may be in the wrong car park. No obvious place to locate trolleys - these are left in ad hoc places around the car park. A much slicker system such as the Bristol Silver Zone is recommended. The car parking alone would deter me from using this airport again.

The car park is always very congested with cars parked in obscure places and the surface could do with being fully tarred. Apart from the ticket machine jamming when we inserted our ticket everything was OK! The staff responded to our plight immediately!

No transfers from car park to terminal building, probably just over 5 minute walk(obviously not ideal in bad weather conditions) When u reach arrivals on returning from your holiday, present your entry and your voucher print out to NCP car park staff and they will issue you with an exit ticket(even at 1am as in my case)

When we arrived no staff at car park, so no one to direct us as signs were not very visible. Although previously booked, it was very difficult to find space, we went around several times. However, value for money, good and we would definitely leave the car there again.

Having collected baggage we had to join a long queue in order to pay for parking at the desk. The desk was only manned by one individual. Queuing whilst trying to control three tired kids, all under 5, was not at all enjoyable. We will likely try another parking company this coming Christmas when we repeat our trip.

I booked this short notice and i had no trouble at all! I booked it the day before i went on holiday and arrived at the car park a man helped me to the right place. I just gave in my booking information and parked my car. On the way home i came out of the airport and there was a bus waiting for us to take us to my car so there was no waiting around. I am very pleased with this service and will definately use it again.

Found the Long stay option ideal for my holiday needs. However when travelling at the height of the season. The carpark was very full. Overflow parking spacing needed. Generally, providing you keep all the paperwork to validate your ticket on exiting carpark at terminal arrival hall, then all should run smooth & the parking arrangement is worth the hassle.

Although the car park is quite close it is not convenient for older or immobile people. there is a huge overflow plus another and you will end up there in peak season. There is NOT anyone to help you find a space so you drive around for ages (we arrived midday on a Thurs). Also as you park yourself your car could easily be damaged. I must admit for £45/week I was expecting better and next time will park out of site for a cheaper rate.
