signage possibly unclear, would'nt of known to drive through shortstay to reach longstay if had'nt read other reviews ,so when taking website into consideration aswell....all is good

I arrived at the airport after 18 hours of travelling and could'nt find my parking reference number. I had to pay again, and at the full current price. Surely there should be some way of matching the name and car details with the booking ref. After all, we have credit card and passport for additional identification so it shouls have been easy to match the personal details with the booking.A miserable end to the holiday and I can't believe that this is the only time that this has happened. Upgrade the system please. I have written to ask for a refund but haven't had a reply yet.

When arrived picked up very promptly and the driver was very sociable and helpful. On my return the NCP desk was quick to process my exit ticket and just a couple of minutes wait for the transport to drop me off at the area of my vehicle. It couldn't have gone smoother. Many thanks to all concerned

Easy to book and pay online. good discount for booking early. Down loaded conformation quikly. Printed directions to Airport good but needed to clearly locate the NCP car park. Tickets valadated on return quickly and effectently by the NCP staff, Would recommend.

we found it excellent, easy to find, well signposted, it was not that busy, we had a parking spot close to the entrance, walked over to the terminal, and coming out just 4 to 5 mins walk to the car. just what you need after a long trip home. The ncp car park man was a bit put out I hadnt printed off my confirmation booking e mail, but why waste my ink cartridge I wrote down the reference no. I would use the on airport parking again rather than off airport. It was £4 more but well worth the speed of being in my car after getting out.

Excellent value for money and so easy, just remember to keep hold of your parking ticket and booking confirmation as you do not validate parking until you return from holiday.

forgot to note the Q line where my car was, and spent nearly an hour in the pouring rain looking for it. It was very very creepy and very lonely. Stupid me!!!!

Coach driver followed me to my parking spot and took me straight to the Airport. First class service! A coach was outside the airport when we landed and he took us straight to our car.Had to park at the far end of the park (opposite BA service hangar). Not sure about security so far away from the office/airport.

Easy to book, ticket entry to carpark, coach actually waited by our car for us to unload luggage, and thankfully alerted us to an open rear window. Quick transfer to airport. Quick exit after getting ticket sanctioned on return from holiday. Good experience.

Although it is a good facility, the new route to the long stay car park needs getting used to (in and out of the short stay car park). Also, it is not very easy to take trollies to the car park if walking rather than waiting for coach transfer.

Had not been on holiday abroad for a few years However, in the meantime I had not realised the customer office had relocated from the car park to the terminal building until I tried to drive out of the car park. It may help to advise new applicants of this fact

not signed posted for the long stay,. had to enter the short stay carpark and then try to work out how to get to the long stay carpark and it was 5am in the morning. the barriers stopped us from entering. would use agin thou

The car park that I had booked was not clearly marked on airport approach. This was first visit to Cardiff and I was not able to correlate my booking with the signs. The Car Park attendant was not able to direct me and I had to call the office. Good job I had left plenty of time!!

Easy booking online, good value for money. Only downside is when you arrive at the airport it's not at all clear which of the car parks you go to, a member of my family who recommended you for parking also had the same problem. Will know for next time though and would use you again.

The on-line booking was very easy.Parking was close to the airport.On arrivals, the desk was right where passengers come out making it quick an easy to get your ticket validated.The only negative was that the staff on the desk were sadly wishing that they were somewhere else.

Parked on arrival. Transfer bus was at stop and waiting. While off loading cases in full view of driver, he drove off. Ended up walking to terminal. On return from holiday found that my car had been hit by someone with a deep and long crease on the nearside passenger door and wheel arch. Attempted to ask for someone to speak to about the accident, unable to get common sense, someone suggested going back to desk, person behind desk was busy, and I was told that I parked at my own risk and to claim from my own insurance. Disappointing stay. Will not book parking at Cardiff Airport in future.

I cannot rate the transfer service as there was none avaiable when I landed in Cardiff at 22,15 the lighting on the walk to my car was not the best, however I did find the service value for money and will probably use it again

I followed the crowd and didn't see any signs for the long stay carpark, only the short stay, so I ended up taking a ticket and going into the short stay, driving straight out and into the long stay that way! The carpark was pretty full but I found a space in the overflow carpark, and the guy in the transfer bus was very friendly and pulled over right next to us and waited for us while we unpacked the car. Such personalised service!

On approach had to ask the site staff exactly where we had to go because there were no signs that corresponded with the written procedures. Caused maybe by airport security changes but only one opportunity to get it right first time

Car park is on site, just 5 mins from the terminal. However, due to the new safety arrangement that block cars from getting to the eterminal, finding the car park is diabolical. Just one tip: If you end up in the short stay car park, drive straight out (the first 20 min are free).
