this was the first time i had ever taken my car to an airport, but it was really excellent service all done quick..and the transfers were excellent..could not fault the service

car park is within walking distance of the airport entrance.if you want to catch the shuttle bus this is frequent and takes only a few minutes.

As long as you remember to show your receipt before leaving the terminalto validate your ticket everything runs really smoothly. staff were very helpful and friendly and i would recommend this service to all.

bus was in car park to tranfer to airport and on return bus was outside waiting to transfer back only downside wasnt really anywhere to put luggage on bus otherwise it was hassle free

The site needs clearer signs. We actually parked in the overspill carpark whose entrance was before the main car park. This happened to be a shorter walk to the terminal than some parts of the main car park.

My prefered car park at cardiff airport. Easy to find and exit. Most of all its walking distance from airport front door.

easy to book on line, recognised on entry, you do need to drop off your partner and baggage by the pick up point before looking for a parking place

Car park too dark in parts during the night-time. Also, the barrier does ot always work even after ticket has been correctly validated - very annoying since it is a long way back to the validation area.

As this was the first time that I have used this service I did not know quite what to expect because of the hour but every body that I had contact with was helpful I will use this service again as it was stress free and would recomend this service to anyone who would want a care free holiday.

The car park is on the airport and very convenient but the surface needs tarmacing for ease of wheeling along cases.

When we arrived the main car park was full and we only found out about the overflow area when we tried to drive out. I think that better signs to show what spaces are When we arrived on our day of departure the main car park was full and we only found out about available and where the overflow area is and better lighting in the overflow car park is needed for night arrivals.

I have used this car park several times and is good value and convienient for the airport.However depending on the time of year you park depends on if you are able to park close to the airport.This time we used the park in sept and found it differcult to find a space. We had to park far away,there was a bus to take us to the airport but had to walk coming home and it was raining with our cases we got soaking wet.I would still use the service again as it is excellent value.

I arrived on site dropped my luggage at the set down piont. Drove into the car park and was able to l;ocate a Disabled space in the first row. I walked to the airport. That all took 20minutes. On return I visited to desk obtained my release ticket walked to the car. Returned to the pick up point. 15 minutes. No hassle, no delay,helpful staff. I will use the service again.

The entire parking experience at Cardiff was as I would expect from a company such as yours.Having used you many times and at many airports. However. The experience was very badly let down by the inward (from the car park to the terminal) bus driver. Our cases amongst others moved whilst in transit. And on arrival at the terminal. The bus driver remained in his seat whilst I a recovering heart attack recipient and another passenger STRUGGLED to force open the bus doors and extract our suit cases.Comment from the driver. You are going on holiday arn't you, you have plenty of time.In my view not very proffessional. And this will certainly curtail any other flights from Cardiff.

Took forever to find a space, miles from the airport and absolutely pouring with rain, so was not a pleaseant experience. First time using this facility, unlikely to use it again.

Having pre-booked car parking space we struggled to find a vacant space. There was no one on hand to offer guidance, and use of the exit barrier was not clear. Have previously used the Highwayman car parking facility, and found that to be a better value for money experience.

in fine weather it is just as easy to walk into the airport provided you can drop off your luggage first as we did. pre-booked spaces would also be helpful.

We found a parking space and walked over to the airport, great on return gave in my ticket for valadation, gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant. walked back to our car. very easy and convenient

The car park is large with plenty of room. The bus transfers were very good with plenty of room for the family and luggage and you could catch the bus from the end of the row that you were parked in and also the bus would drop you off at the same point hence reducing the distance that you had to carry the luggage.The bus also dropped you off right outside the terminal building and all you had to do was walk in. This made the transfers much less stressful when you have also got young children with you to look after. Very pleased with the facilities provided ande also a very reasonable price.

As a semi regular traveler from this airport, this time I found it difficult to find a space near the terminal, although the space I found was in row AE this did concern me as our return flight did not land untill midnight and being so far away from the terminal and I had expected to be a fair bit closer particually as I had booked this site many weeks ago. I know other people had booked probably as long ago as me or even longer but it may be an idea that when you book a place in the airport that you are allocated a particular space in the particular area. We will no doubt be back again next year and a fair chance before Christmas, as rhese will only be day trips or long weekend I may use the short stay park leaving the prebooked for people going awat for longer. thank you for your time and service.
