The car park charges a no-show fee of £25.00 for non-arrivals and cancellations made within one hour of the pre-booked meet time.
departure
Please check that your return time is your actual return flight landing time. If it is not correct please call the Car Park on 020 8813 8130 to advise the correct time. If your return landing time is incorrect, (ie. later or earlier than stated) there is a possibility it may result in a delay. Further details on return proceedure will be provided by your chauffeur when you drop your vehicle off.

- Terminal 1: Follow the signs to the Short Stay Car Park 1 (entrance on the ground floor).
- At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).
- Keep to your right and immediately take a first left down to the lower ground floor.
- Turn right and drive all the way to the end and then bear left, after the portacabin until you are facing the opposite direction.
- You will see the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays immediately to your right.
- Park your car in one of these bays (Do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport).
- Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to a Handover Captain who will be waiting for you at his grey desk near the payment machine.
- Terminal 2: Drive up the ramp, fork right. Keep left for level 1, 2 and 3 but DO NOT enter the car park on the far right hand barriers. Take Ticket. Exit at level 2. Follow Off Airport signs to rows A (Bays 1 to 6) and B (Bays 1 to 14) Do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays.
- Terminal 3: Follow the sign to the Short Stay Car Park 3.
- At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).
- Drive up the ramp and exit at level 3.
- Follow the road all the way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the Car Park
- You will see the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays opposite the lifts. Park your car in one of these bays (do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport).
- Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to a Handover Captain who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.
- Terminal 4: Follow the signs to short stay car park. Drive up the ramp and keep to your right.
- At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).
- Drive down the ramp and exit at Level 2
- Drive straight to the end of Level 2 and turn right following the exit signs.
- You will see the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays opposite the lifts in Row A
- Park your car in one of these bays. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to a Handover Captain who will be waiting for you at his grey desk near the lift area.
- Terminal 5: Follow signs for Short stay Passenger pick-up.
- Drive up the ramp, filter right and drive under the yellow height restriction arm
- KEEP to your LEFT and follow the sign for Short Stay Level 4
- At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay)
- Once inside, follow the arrows most of the way round to ROW R & S.
- You will see the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays opposite the lifts. Park in one of these bays but do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport.
- Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to our Handover Captain who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.
