This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system, so it is essential that you enter the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. Drive up to the barrier and your number plate will be read and a ticket showing your booking reference will be issued automatically. If a ticket is not issued automatically, please press the button for a ticket, then proceed to the indicated zone for an available space.

Catch the grey transfer bus at the bus stop marked Business Parking outside the valet parking office. If your ticket has your booking reference printed on it, drive to the exit and insert the ticket into the barrier. If your ticket does not have your booking reference on it, please go to the customer service window exit lane, present your ticket and quote your booking reference.

Business Parking T5 operates transfers to terminal 5 only that take approximately 8 minutes and run every 5 minutes.

During off-peak periods (11.30 - 05.00), please use the intercom at bus stops to request pick-up.

Excellent facility and the transfer from Business parking via the "pod" was a relly pleasant surprise and extremly efficient, especially from the airport at around midnight as there was no waiting in the cold for xfer bus etc etc. I would recommend this facility to anyone using Heathrow T5. Really easy to get to, pods are fantastic no waiting around drops you at the lift o the terminal, what more could you want? Unfortunately all of this comes at a price!

We got an excellent rate for T5 business parking - transfers are in 'pods' therefore not carrying cases on and off buses - plus no waiting

On arrivak the car park was full but I had to spend some 10 -15 nminutes driving around the park attempting to find a space. A system that indicates that the park is full would be of great asistance to customers especially if they are in a hurry as to get to check in. The pod delivery system is an excellent service.

Camera at entrance featured wrong car reg. but this was promptly rectified by customer services. Quick and easy transfer, much better than waiting for a bus.

the disused shelters should have a sign to direct to the pod station. I had to work out that there was a different system in place. I don't recall that the web made this clear. I had plenty of time so it didn't spoil the experience.

Business parking at T5 LHR was a great experience. Easy to find a space and the pod transfer to the terminal was like being in Blade Runner! Fantastic. Also the price was half of other sites.
