Great service Worth every penny. The most impressive thing is keeping up to their standards. Will definitely keep on using this service. It can't be more convenient.

We arrived a bit early when we dropped the car so had a bit of a wait, but on return our car was waiting for us, very efficient.

Everyone involved in the process was helpful. I shall be travelling again on 28th October and will be booking the same service again!

It has to be said I was very nervous about using a valet park service for the first time & Budget Meet & Greet have quashed my worries. Called the number quoted the ref no, driver was waiting in lane as informed, helped us unload cases, me and my family feel like royalty. On return, we were 10 minutes late (our fault for not following instructions on ticket) eventually got to correct lane and there was our car sparkly clean and ready to go. I would fully recommend this unbelievably well priced service to anyone.

I have been an extremely satisfied user of the budget meet and greet service. On this occasion I was less than satisfied. Good point - On my arrival I was stuck in a traffic jam and arrived nearly an hour later than my anticipated arrival time. The phone staff were good and the driver waited. The return was very poor. Our phone calls were cut off more than once and we were kept waiting in a phone queue. After we finally got through, we had to wait for half an hour for the car to arrive. Not the service I paid for.

Very good timing, helpful staff, trouble-free experience, will definitely use again if prices continue to stay competitive.

Definitely the best way to leave a car at the airport.Far less hassle than park and ride.

I was late for drop off due to traffic on the M25, and they were very flexible and accommodating about when I arrived. Car was ready and waiting when I got back. All very conveient and easy. Won't be parking off site again.

Process was easy to book and very efficient no waiting around which with young children was a wonderful. Have to say it was a very smooth and pleasant experience and saved me lots of time.

This was really excellent value for money & worked perfectly. The price was less than half that advertised on other sites for an identical service ! We shall certainly use you again.

When booking I put in my flight number (depart at 10.20 am) and I was given a time automatically to drop the car off at 6 am. I assumed this was the earliest drop off time not the actual as it was clearly an hour earlier than necessary (usual three hours before flight departure). When I did drop off at 7 am I was told off for being an hour late! I was unaware of an opportunity to change the time when booking. This needs to be made a lot clearer to avoid confusion.

Budget meet and great was actually cheaper than staying in the Long Term car park! Service was very efficient and there were no problems dropping off or collecting the car. Definitely recommended.

You drop and collect your car only a lift away from departures and arrivals at Terminal 5 Heathrow. So much better than off airport parking and those transfer buses. Highly recommended.

An excellent service that really is door to door...simple to use and great value

This was the first time I had used meet and greet and it worked perfectly. So much easier than using long term car parks, especially with a family of 4 and all the luggage that entails. Will definitely use again.

Cheapest by far, as good as the most expensive, i have no hesitation in recommending these guys to all, excellent service. I was 30 mins late on arrival and they waived any extra cost. The car was waiting as soon as we got out of the lift. Will be using again for sure.

Budget Meet and Greet are excellent value and exceptionally convenient. Drive to departures, unload your luggage, hand over the car keys, enjoy your holiday. Land, phone for your car, load your luggage and drive home. They do the rest. Simple.

First time using this service. I would use this service again, no problems at either end dropping off or collecting the car. This was great value for money and was helpful having the car brought to us instead of getting a bus or shuttle to a car park to find the car at the end of a long flight.
