While driving up to Departures at Terminal 4, Heathrow, the Meteor staff drove up beside me and guided me to the pick up point,perfect. On our return, once through customs i rang Meteor Parking and by the time i walked out of the Terminal my car was ready and waiting. Fantastic service.

On departure the driver took 5 minutes or so to collect the car which felt like longer when we were parked on the restricted waiting zone outside T3 LHR. However on our return journey the car and driver were waiting for us as we left the arrivals hall - excellent service.

By mistake and a playing up computer connection I ended up with 2 bookings, I received a friendly call 10 minutes later from a lady who sorted it all out for me. Easy drop off with the car and a slightly delayed pick up because the traffic was awful getting into T3 in Heathrow but that's no ones fault. To be recommended.

Excellent service, We were running late due to traffic and called Meteor who said it wouldn't be a problem.. upon arrival at Heathrow they were there waiting. Our return posed no problems either, after clearing customs I rang Meteor as directed to be told our car was there waiting for us... I will definately use Meteor again. Dean

The service by meteor was exceptional and the car was collected and delivered on time and without fuss. Will definately use again.

This is our first time with Meteor and they went above and beyond expectations. They had tried various methods to start the car but it would not start on our return and they contacted us in the US to inform us so we were prepared. They then picked us up to see the car and delivered us back to the airport to catch the bus home. We then arranged for someone to come and fix it and then Meteor ordered the part we needed, installed the part then delivered the car back to the airport where I had taken the bus to meet them. Outstanding service. Highly recommended!

The service was great but I have to say I was disapointed that, when the car was returned there was mud all around the wheel arches. The car had obviously been parked in an open field for the duration. Providing it was secure, I have no issue with that, however, I would have expected the mud to have been washed off before returning it. Would still use you again though.

We have used Meteor Heathrow Parking services on several occasions and have always received first class service.

Had to wait slightly longer than expected on return - previously we've not had any delay at all. Will probably use again though.

Internet research gave Meteor the best rating (amazing differences between companies offering the service) and I was not disappointed. Couldn't find the option for having a car clean as well in the initial booking process, but all my enquiries and adjustments to timing were smoothly handled by polite and capable staff.

A very easy, convenient and cost effective service. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly use Meteor Meet and Greet again.

A must for any one travelling, polite and punctual staff. The convenience of dropping your car at the terminal pre flight and then returning to your car at the terminal, takes out that little bit of stress of parking and waiting in the cold or rain for the shuttle. I would highly recommend Meteor

Drive up, hand car over, go on holiday, make a phone call and car is waiting, drive off home, no buses to wait for. Hassle free and gives good piece of mind. Well done.

The use of the parking bays outside of departures make this service so much easier and the staff both in the office and dealing with the pick up and delivery of the car were fine.

Very nervous about valet service, as the service provided was beyond our control, and as our outward flight was exceptionally important to us....but absolutely no problems, just phone 10 minutes before arrival if possible, and a very pleasant member of staff arrived to take our car, and helped with unloading our car. Similar good service on our return.

A call to the number provided prior to arrival was answered switfly, the 'meet-and-greet' staff were polite, efficient and informative and again when we returned. Nice to get off the plane, have our car delivered and drive home without having to start another journey to collect the car. Excellent service and good value. We will be using this service again.

the car had a small smell of curry. had to keep the windows open for a while what was not pleasant experience due to the cold weather. besides of that the service was fine.

I will certainly recommend you to any friends and family travelling from Heathrow. Excellent.

Everything went exactly according to plan. We were met on arrival at Terminal 4, Heathrow and the handover was quick and straightforward. On returning at the end of our trip, we called once through customs and were told where we should meet the Meteor rep with our car in 5 minutes. He and the car arrived within that time. Really happy with the service.

My flight out was the earliest I could use your service. I rang with 10mins to go and the driver was waiting at 5am. I rang for the car's return as the baggage conveyor started and was out within 10mins and again the car was already there. When you have kids tired after a flight that is exactly what you need. Very impressed.
