The driver was a little late getting to us and it was raining (as usual) and Gatwick Terminal 3 is not a nice place to be dropped off. He was very efficient and helpful. When we returned they explained where to meet them and as we arrived the car was waiting, so a speedy exit. Would put them in my book for next time.

Was the cheapest option available and the service was great. We ended up returning a day later than expected, and they only asked for a small extra charge (£15) for the extra night. Was a relief to not have an argument as we only realized we would be late less than 24 hours before we returned.

Landrover Discovery 3 HSE. Punctual and good value but when the vehicle was returned the driver had obviously been having a play with the seat! The seats are electric, with memory functions (which had taken some time to get right) yet the driver had seen fit to fully recline the seat as well as move it back - after which he saved the setting! Not what you would expect and I will not be using them again as it shows a disregard for property when the supplier is entrusted with it.

Incredible service. Polite and punctual. Even when I dropped the car on the wrong level, the driver came immediately to meet me and they couldn't have been nicer about it. I've used many Meet and Greet services - this was by far the best.

A very smooth experience, no waiting around at all. we have used several Meet and Greet services and MBW have been by far the best. We would definitely recommend their services.

I've used this company before and I'll use them again. Their staff are very polite and courteous. I went to the wrong drop off place and they were absolutely fine. I had a little wait at the end but that's because I didn't have any luggage and whizzed through. I'd recommend them.

MBW were excellent. I was a bit nervous of handing my car keys over to someone i didn't know, but fear not they were brilliant. They were waiting for me at terminal 3 and arrived within 5 mins of us returning from our winter trip. i would recommend them, also the pricing for a meet and greet service is very good. % stars from me.

I used the meet and greet service. Dropping the car off for the first time at Heathrow T5, I ended up on the wrong floor of the short stay car park, so rang up and was told to stay put and the driver would find me, which was much easier than driving around trying to find the drop off zone. On arrival back, my car was at the agreed place and the driver was polite. The car was checked over for damage before I handed the keys over. Will definitely use them again, the meet and greet service was cheaper than parking in the airports long stay car park!

Travelling the first time with 9 month triplets! The 25 journey kicked off with dropping our car off with no mess or fuss at Heathrow airport! On our return our car was ready waiting for us with no mess of fuss again :) I will definately be using MBW Meet and Greet Parking again xxx

Very easy to book. Impressive customer service, no waiting on return. would definitely use again.

A normal number to call to let them know you are on your way. Waiting for me at drop off and also waiting for me upon my return. Really easy and much cheaper than a cab to the airport. I'd use them again.

MBW did charge for the car parking cost on our return from holiday when meeting us inside the car park. Unexpected as I thought what we paid initially would have covered it, because it didn't say at the time of booking.

I have now used MBW twice and both times they have been polite, efficient and timely. As I have a young child, it is much more convenient to be met at the terminal as long as this is done in a timely manner and MBW did so. They also called me on my return to check what was going on as my plane was a little late which was a nice touch.

We arrived earlier than expected and this wasn't a problem, we were still met at the airport. They made the whole arrival and departure very smooth, we were very pleased with them.

Hassle free service particularly as I was departing from and arriving at different terminals. No problem for MBW. Punctual efficient service, friendly staff and good value. I will certainly recommend MBW to others - just as they were recommended to me.

I was very pleased with experience of using MBW meet & greet parking. Especially as my flights were in and out of different terminals at Heathrow. Was so impressed I recommended the service to half dozen colleagues who were on the same business trip. Will deffinately use again
