The promise of an additional pillow never materialised. The lifts did not work at times, had to climb 5 flights of stairs. The bar was not comfortable for a meal. The whole place has a run-down feeling and appearance

This was the first time that we had used Birmingham Airport and the facilities of The Coventry Hill Hotel. We received excellent service and would certainly use them again. We have already recommended you to our friends.

The system worked well for us, we had an early flight but by staying close to the airport we did not have to get up as early as if we were travelling from home. There was also less risk of travel delays. The pick up by taxi on both departure and arrival work well and made the whole experience very stress free. the cost was also very competive for parking.

Travel lodges are better maintained than this hotel. The hotel has passed it's best! Threadbare carpet, black mould in the bathroom etc. Taxi firm was good.

It is the first time that I have taken advantage of hotel and parking and it certainly won't be the last. I found it to be very convenient and less tiring travelling during the night. The transfer service was first class and of course the price was good value for money!! I will definitely use this facility in future.

Although the hotel lounge and restaurant were full when i arrived at 9.30 pm and the kitchen was closing, I was quickly provided with a cooked meal and a drink which I took to my room.

The hotel was beginning to show some signs of wear and tear, but was very clean and all personnel helpful. An excellent package; we would be happy to use again.

Clean tidy hotel, helpful staff with good transfers to/from airport. Exterior of hotel could do with decorating; it does not look very inviting.

On our return to Birmingham airport, we rang the hotel as requested to come and collect us. After an hour of consistently phoning and there being no reply we took our own taxi to the hotel where the night duty manager said he hadn't had time to answer the phone. Bearing in mind it was 10.30 pm and there was nobody else in sight this seems highly unlikely. The only reason we booked this hotel was so we could get a transfer to and from the hotel and the hotel totally failed us on our return journey so we were very disappointed with the service. I have submitted a complaint direct to Britannia Hotels.
