A good experience before going on holiday. The only problem we encountered was getting there using our Garmin satnav which was useless, and also on leaving. This is not the fault of the hotel but we encountered others going round in circles trying to find the place.

Pet friendly Hotel first class. Coming up from Devon to see some of my family in Birmingham. It was great to find this Hotel. very happy staff and helpfull. I will mention this Hotel to all my friends in Devon .mr k keenan.

very poor hotel smelt like a old people home carpark had a lot of broken glass from cars which had been broke into defo would not recomend also staff not helpfull 1 bit

A great check in and easy parking. Transfer by taxi as shuttles do not always run. Up at 4am and breakfast buffet was open which was continental but excellent!!

Good clean rooms with everything you need, parking and breakfast good. Only down side is the transfer provided to the airport where yhou have to get a taxi to the train station and then catch a train to the aiport this is hard work with kids and cases.

We had to go to the airport at 4.45am and were told the shuttle bus started at 7.30am so we had to pay 7 for a taxi.........On arriving back at the airport there was no shuttle bus and we had to pay 8.40 for a taxi and when we got back to the hotel we were just told "It doesn't run today" even though the advertising stated 24 hour a day every 30 minutes

There was no food available so given takeaway menus, this was fine but not advised of a delivery cost in advance. Transfers only between certain times, which we could not use. Taxi charged extra 1 for parking fee, and extra 2.20 on return for carrying cases plus charge on metre. Otherwise good value for overnight stay and parking.

We expected to be able to get a bus from there in the morning but we needed it at 5 am and the girl booked us a taxi which we were charged for by the taxi driver. Coming back we paid again for a taxi back to the hotel and when we asked at reception about getting our taxi money back we were told that the receptionist should have told us to take our car to one of the airport car parks where we would have been able to get a bus, as we didn't know this we didnt do it but still good value. n

A pleasant stay. Reasonable price. Facilities seemed fine although we did not get to use any as we arrived late and left early.
